This tiny place is your go-to for a quick, inexpensive breakfast or lunch. The food is nothing extravagant, just what you might prepare at home. Always fresh. Not much space to eat in, so you will likely want to take your food to go. Don't be alarmed if the line is out the door, it moves right along.

Lunch Box is the place to go to grab a quick lunch on days when you didn't take your lunch to work. They serve basic sandwiches, premade salads, hot dogs, soup and a few other selections. The food is similar to what you would make at home but they do it fast and cheap. It may be the only place downtown where you can grab lunch for under $6. My favorite is the grilled chicken breast sandwich.

They weren't open when I went by. Had just closed. Have tried to visit them twice in the last two years, but they were always closed. Have always loved their food, all the way down to the delicious desserts and salads.
