I’ve worked at Chinese American since November last year. Now a former employee because I quit. It’s a decent job, pay good but the management of that store definitely needs to go to someone else. They have no respect for how they talk to their employees and I’ve been the kindest to them. I wouldn’t suggest this job, if you quick too spazz.

Why would they charge extra for spicy wings, but they don't apply much? I could if just bought regular wings, instead of paying extra $3. What a ripoff. But want to charge extra for sauce on the side. What sense that make. If that's the case, shouldn't charge that much if you're not willing to give customers equal to price you're charging.

The worst Chinese I’ve had. “Food” was not fresh. Rice was hard, sesame chicken was cold and clumped together, very dry, spring roll was cold and mushy. Waste of 15.00.

Placed an online order. Went to pick up the order. They mixed Hawaiian spicy sauce and honey mustard sauce together on all flats. I let him know that the order was wrong. This was not my first time placing an online order. They usually get it right. Then he said he will fix it. Came back with mixed wings, when I order all flats. The man argued with me that I did not order all flats. He goes and pick up the order pad and I had to point out the $1.50 extra I paid for all flats. He gave me $1.75 back.He was unapologetic about them getting my order wrong. I asked for my tip back! The order was in writing!

Spicy House Lo-Mein is the bomb, with an order of cut wings lemon pepper and spicy wing mix; hint if you prefer extra veggies and less noodles this establishment will accommodate order but will cost a few extra pennies but worth it in my book: just saying.
