Wild Wing Cafe

Visit this place for the very first time, February 14th. We had to wait over an hour for our food, and the place was dang near empty, the waitress Ainsley, was the best part of the experience, she kept apologizing, about our food not coming out, she wasn’t sure why and how long, when the food actually came out, the shrimps were burnt and hard, the chicken was dry and not seasoned, the rice was not seasoned, and the macaroni was fairly decent. This was horrible!!!!!!! Please do better!!!!!

Went here on Saturday and was told only two servers and two cooks working. Can you come back in 15 to 20 min. We did we waited another 10 min. Once got seat (restaurant only had few people) servers takes order after other 10 min. Food took 35 min Or more. Just two items. Do not blame owners as I understand no one wants to work in this kind of jobs now.

Went to Wild Wing Cafe downtown Columbia SC today. We had James my special needs son and Sheldon my service dog with us. First time we were treated as "less than". First they wanted us to eat outside in the patio. Then when we said we wanted to eat inside, we asked for a booth, as usual and they wanted us to eat in an area away from other diners. The manager did not want us to eat around the other people. Very disappointed in Wild Wing. While the manager was trying fnti find somewhere for us to eat that would be ok for us, another waiter came and seated us in the booth we wanted. He tried to use Covid as an excuse when no one else was social distanced. And also comfort of other customers. We have never encountered service like this. Do better Wild Wing While here I felt like we had to beg for everything Our food was brought out at different times. We sat for quite a while before we even got service. Had to call the waiter back to order food and he rushed off so we had to call him back to get drinks. Then had to request silverware. So disappointed!!

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. We placed a very simple lunch order for pick up and only one girl had any idea what was going on. After waiting for 15 minutes, they came out to tell us they were out of what we wanted and that we needed to place a new order. I ordered the ultimate bacon cheeseburger without a bun (bc they don’t have gluten free) with broccoli and this is what I got. No bacon, no cheese and no broccoli.

We were in the loft up stairs. General Manager Sean was awesome. Didn’t charge anything for the loft for a party of 30. Just asked if the bill would be at least $300. We had T as a waitress and she absolutely killed it by herself. The service was so good we ended up spending around $1200. Hard to get a hold of some time’s but definitely worth 5 stars.

My two teens and myself went here on Saturday, January 15th, even after reading the terrible reviews online. I am not sure what others have experienced, but our entire experience was AMAZING!! We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and our waitress immediately came to take our drink order. Since it was our first time at WW Cafe, she explained all of the menu options for us. Our appetizers were on the table shortly thereafter. The nachos were AMAZING, and enough for an entire meal. Our meal arrived not longer after, and the wings and the rest of the food were TERRIFIC. Multiple servers checked on us during our meal, and our waitress was very attentive and seemed to take great pride in delivering great service. I insisted on speaking to the manager, just to let her know that our experience was NOT what the reviews represented. My kids loved the entire experience. GREAT JOB!!

We came in around 9:00 on 3/13/2022 and we’re greeted by nobody; we weren’t even acknowledged. So we ended up sitting at the bar and got waited on after 10 minutes. There were no employees to be found at all in the restaurant, there was one person behind the bar who was taking on everybody and Togo orders. She really deserved better because every customer at the bar was rude to her because of how awful this place is ran. When the food came out the wings looked like they had no sauce on them and my sandwich was bland and plain. We had gotten an appetizer but it ended coming out with our food. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant, I really didn’t even want to pay my bill because of how awful the experience was. I really think I need to be refunded my $50. I paid to get zero service basically; it even took another 30 minutes to pay. I probably won’t ever come back here again or recommend it to anyone. 0/5 stars if I could.
