This place has a lovely old-fashioned soda parlor inside where you can even sit at the counter! The crab bisque is some of the best that I have tasted. The restaurant is located in the very picturesque town of Columbia, PA, close to the Susquehanna River.
We came in to get ice cream from their Ice Cream and Soda Shop. We sat at the ice cream counter. The sundaes were made right away. Everyone enjoyed their sundaes.
Went for a late lunch at 2. No wait. Service was good food was delicious. We got the grilled shrimp with asparagus and red potatoes, and salmon avocado club sandwich. Recommend going there for good food.
This place is so generous with portions and the food quality is so good. I can’t forget to mention the bake goods! If you haven’t sampled I highly suggest you go grab whatever Robins cooking this week. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and if you ask which is my favorite I would say too much to ment
I was a little disappointed that I had to wait so long to be seated. It took the host really long to check out a family of three and then to seat two parties. Once seated it took awhile to talk to our waitress. Then things became a bit more normal. They didn't seem to be short staffed nor over crowd
A long time staple of downtown Columbia. Recently had a full rehab. A great place for a good diner, any meal of the day. Plenty of booths, tables, and counter seating if thats your thing. Neither too busy or too slow.
I only had ice cream here. Very, very good! Great!
All employees were great. Also there was a gift shop and Bakery.
Your food is very good. Service is great. Just be careful you don't price yourself out of business. Compare your prices to other restaurants.

A beautiful unique restaurant in Columbia. A gift shop, as well as an ice cream parlor and restaurant. A great breakfast option is the Hinkle's county style.
We have eaten here for breakfast and dinner. Inexpensive and delicious. Their meals never disappoint. The restaurant has a fun updated old-timey feel to it. Staff have always been upbeat and happy. Great service.
We stumbled upon this little gem - though it's clearly been a big part of this community. Service was friendly and helpful, food was humble and tasty, price was spot on.
