Review Taco Bell - Columbia City

Always takes at least 20 minutes to get through drive thru. After waiting forever they still manage to screw up your order EVERYTIME. Asked for no lettuce, and no tomato got lettuce and tomato. Asked for chips and cheese couldn't even manageto throw chips in...got cheese though. Plus it's not like you can run in real fast to have them correct their screw ups either, no you'd have to wait at least a half hour at that point because the drive thru is now backed up from waiting so long from them to taking your order and getting cars through. At this point running to one of the fort wayne taco bells would be more faster and at least I would get what I ordered.

We had high hopes for the chicken chipotle taco. As no surprise, Columbia city Taco Bell, has fried this chicken to death.

I’ve been to hundreds of TBs across the country in my travels and this was hands down one the best experiences I’ve ever had. Rolled in at midnight and the food was still piping hot. Very friendly staff, too. Would definitely come back if I’m in the area again!

I went through after an awful day at work; just wanted to get my boyfriend and I some food to take home, I got nachos extra beef. They forgot to put them in the bag (no biggie it happens, I've worked fast food before I get it) we went back through waited for them to remake it. Then got them back with the extra beef but like nothing else on them. I paid extra for them to give 90% of what I ordered. This taco bell has messed my order in the past but I don't think I'll be going to this taco bell again -5 stars.

If I could give 0 stars I would I've been coming here my whole life, and this morning my wife and I stopped for breakfast, we ordered 2 breakfast boxes got to the gas station to get gas and eat and my wife opened the bag and we had only gotten 1 of our breakfast boxes went back to the store and they refused to give us our other one claiming that they had put both in the bad when they clearly didn't awful staff and handling of the situation. If I wanted my order messed up this bad and this awful of customer service I would have went to McDonald's at least I would have got my food welhen I went back through.

Taco Bell is either you love it or it tried to kill you Today my husband and I stopped at the Columbia City one. After I went up to refi my cup the mat on the floor was so nasty dirty and sticky that my shoe stuck so bad to it that I nearly fell straight backwards . Not good at all Taco Bell

They missed half my order, then I went back after getting home to find out that it was wrong. When I got there I was ignored until I asked to speak with someone. Then the manager was just rude and told me you will have to wait without even approaching me. Then when I told her my problem she just rolled her eyes and said she would remake it. At which point another worker said are you really going to make her food?

I used the app for the first time tonight and it was quick and easy. I picked it up in the drive thru and it was so much easier not having to give a code like the Mcdonalds app. Hands down the best app and restaurant.
