Came here to get a cup of coffee and was met by an impatient counter girl that expected me to understand and use their invented barista vernacular. Very simple coffee shop. Coffee and a couple sweets. Interesting to see a full service bagel shop next door. Coffee was good and reasonably priced.
Excellent coffee, chill vibe. I love the Turkish with half & half. I just wish there were more stores than just in a concentrated section around the shore. Their presentation suggests they'll grow soon enough. A good quality cup o' Joe for $2 full dollars less than Snootbucks!

This was the 6th time I've visited this location. I am a daily Rook drinker. Out of the 6 times I have came to this location I have had one DECENT cup of coffee. This is not how Rook coffee is supposed to taste. Don't get me started on the customer service. This location definitely needs a training.
