Does Diet restrictions work with fast food place? Fresh Parmesan chicken salad was the right pick from there menu of 4 choices. I also ordered another salad for later, Apple Pecan salad.

They did a good job. Order was correct and the food was new. You can dine inside, do drive thru or delivery.

I walked in and wasn't acknowledged for a bit and there was only a few employees that didn't need direction from a lead. The lady that took my order was asked to take counter orders and I thought she was going to throw a tantrum! She was crabby and I could tell she didn't want to do this particular task. It took at least 20 minutes to finally receive my order! 🙄
Also, as I was coming in, there was also a lot of water on the floor, and I was warned by a customer as she was going out.
I felt sorry for the employees who were pulling the weight of the others!

Worst Wendy's I've been to. There were only 2 customers ahead of me and they took close to 20 minutes to take my order. When I asked if someone could help me it took a while for the cashier to turn around and tell me he was getting the other customers order and he will be right to me after he is done. Not the experience I'm used to at Wendy's. Looks like they are short in employees and only young/ slow ones they have.

Wendy’s prices are great but the price of great attitude is free . I experienced bad customer service here bc this is very short on staff when it open. I order a meal and received something completely different. I tried to use their soda machine and it was a complete disaster . It was completely empty and we had to ask the short staff crew to refill are drinks for us. They management is need to improve on getting thing together at this location

Upon arriving the building is amazingly modern and there was a giant A in the window thumbs up already. On the inside the restaurant is huge and very nice. For a second I didn't think I was in a fast food joint. Staff was friendly and one of the best meals from Wendy's I have ever had. Apple pecan salad and bacon jalapeno fries. Could not believe how nice it looked and that the portions were unlike other restaurants that hold back. Thank you for a great lunch I wish I lived closer this would be the only place I would eat at.

The customer service was poor and they make us wait for around 10 min to take the order waitting in front of the counter there was a lot of water in the floor the tables were dirty they did not have ketchup, there were no flavors to mix in the soda machine this was my firt time eating at Wendys and I left very disapointed of this place

Ever since the new one opened drive thru takes forever, and some of workers are rude. At least my order is always right.
