Baker's Drive-thru

We are a regular customers for many years at this location on Valley Blvd and pepper avenue they hardly make mistakes on my order but this time I called about 4 burritos with out green sauce and no cheese came in my plain burgers, management told me that I took too long to claim but yes I called same day just did step in the store to claim my order after a month so no help was available 😑 upset because we had no help for this issue. I know that they won’t miss my money 💰

After 20+ years of being a loyal customer to Bakers I am no longer visiting any of their stores after not being served breakfast. I was in line for 20 minutes before getting to order only to find out they were no longer taking breakfast orders because it was after 11 a.m. I was in line way before 11 a.m., was stuck in line an additional 10 minutes in the drive-through because once you are in line there is no way to exit the line. I spoke with the manager and recommended that they have a solution so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Until some changes are made my family will no longer give them our business.
