I gave 4 stars because there’s always room for improvement, I have the number 16 the steak chimichanga and what made it so good is the fact that they cut the steak up in really small pieces there so you don’t have to fight with the steak while chewing / eating it Great idea to whomever decided this over steak strips … Horchata was great consistency from beginning to end, wouldn’t be surprised if it were made in house… Will return would recommend to everyone…
I had the Chile Colorado and it was excellent. I highly recommend it if you are looking for tender beef with the perfect amount of spice.
This restaurant is one of a kind. Anything you order is made fresh and is delicious. They have big servings of menudo and big burritos. Enchiladas are the best also. It gets packed because everyone knows it’s a great place to eat and good service. So patience is required but they will get you seated as soon as they can!!
The food is excellent. The service is a little slow. Our waitess seemed nonchalant and mumbled to the point I couldn't understand her. But I'll still go back for the delicious food.
4/5 for food:
Free chips and salsa (two types: spicy tomato and mild cabbage). Big portions for the price + decent taste.
2/5 for service:
There’s definitely not enough waitresses for the tables. It takes quite a long time to get anyone’s attention, and we ended up just going up ourselves to ask for things.
It's always a nice time having something to eat here. Delicious traditional Mexican food.
Wonderful, polite staffing. If you're in this part of the IE, nice place to eat.
