Great little hideaway lounge down an alley that I never would have found on my own if it hadn't been for Google maps suggesting it. Kind of tightly packed in there but the bar was plenty open for me to sit and order a drink and plate of food. I tend to order an old fashioned at most lounges I go to and make my judgement on the quality of that drink first. It was made properly without being overly sweet which is often a problem for lounges when they make an OF. The hummus plate was pretty standard mi suspect it was from a jar so that makes it pretty hard to mess up when the only thing accompanying it is sliced veggies and some bread, but nonetheless I was happy to have a lite fare option available. The stand out though was my bartender. I'm remiss to say I dont remember her name but she was absolutely lovely! Despite being constantly busy in a packed lounge, she frequently checked on me to make sure I had whatever I needed and she was in a great mood the entire time I watched her rushing around behind the bar. I can only assume this means she loves her job which definitely shows in how she interacts with customers. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Stumbled (literally) across this place and what a cool find! All the drinks are unique and delicious and our giant pretzel to snack on hit the spot. Friendly staff and great service.

Best name for a bar!! One of my cocktail favorite bars in downtown. The staff is awesome and the bartenders know their craft. The drinks are perfection and I love the atmosphere. Sometimes the alley garbage smell creeps into the bar, so there's that.

Shame & Regret! What can I say other than this is the spot you’ve been searching for! Monday night scotch flights with some amazing options that you can’t pass up. The staff is Too Shelf all day every day. We bring our whomever we can to get them to learn about an amazing spot they are too quick to pass up. Head Down the alley and don’t disappoint yourself and choose somewhere else to grab a Scotch, Whiskey, Bourbon, Cocktail… whatever it is you’re wanting. Even have a few awesome beers available that don’t disappoint. Matt has done something amazing with this spot, and we always have to come and see our favorite homie, Kentiya! Missed you tonight! Hah!

Best cocktails in town, for real. Creative seasonal menu (food and drink). Thoughtful and professional staff. Clean and well appointed interior. And you can get in without a reservation - my favorite spot downtown!

This is such a great place to hang out. My wife and I came here after a light dinner and hung out for hours. It’s a good vibe with music, but quiet enough to still chat. I only hesitate to say this because I don’t want it to get busier. Ashley is an amazing server!

Sexy sultry vibe, ambient lighting, and an amazing bartender. The alley entrance gives it a fun hidden speakeasy feel. My husband and I popped in to relax and have drinks before dinner and the atmosphere was great. It happened to be happy hour and a Scotch sampling special so we took advantage of both. The half-priced appetizers were surprisingly large. We got the Chicken Cordon Bleu and the Soft Pretzel Rods. My husband got the Scotch sampling flight and an IPA and I got the Smoking Strawberry. We are more of beer and wine people but the bartender talked us through the whiskey, bourbon, and scotch selection which they specialize in and made great recommendations so we happily ventured out of our comfort zone. We will definitely be back with friends we were happy with the whole experience.

Emily is the star of the bar, really knows the menu, origin, and flavor of all the cocktails. Great conversationalist that can read a vibe while attentively hosting her guests. Nice music and ambiance. Drinks are as good as the service.

The red sign beckons from the alley. The atmosphere is incredible. Amazing cocktails and just stunning food. We had a scotch egg and the baked portobello caprese 🤌🤌🤌 Love at first bite. Creative named and crafted drinks are on point and service is first class. Who doesn't have a little "break up text" or "daddy issues" 🤔
