I came on a day where a few things were going wrong for the location (donuts hadn't arrived that morning, gate hadn't been unlocked, etc). The staff though, specifically Taylanna, were so kind and accommodating during a busy rush. Taylanna never once lost the smile on her face as she helped customer after customer. It's the best customer service I've received at Dunkin Donuts. I hope that the company knows what a valuable employee they have!!
I entered Dunkin donuts because I had time to burn and had nothing else to do. I went in and was greeted by a nice smiling employee and offered to take my order. I ordered and everything was perfect. The coffee was just right. The donuts were fresh as someone can ask for and we're so delicious I ended up buying 12 more and gave them out to homeless people. Definitely a good Dunkin donuts experience and hope all other experiences with this corporation. I recommend and would give more than 5 stars if possible.
Super nice staff. I see comments on here saying they suck because they can't accept gift cards and coupons but they are a FRANCHISE. They CANT accept them. Also to the lady who was complaining about them not having milk, STORES RUN OUT OF THINGS. THERE IS LITERALLY NOTHING THEY COULD HAVE DONE. And when they say they can't give you a cup of milk, its almost guaranteed an issue because it screws with the food cost. I've been a general manager at two different businesses and I can tell you you're being an asshat. Get over yourself and plan for the things you'll need, like having milk for your kid. Moron.
Absolutely enjoyed coming. Garrison made the experience fun and introducing me to a different coffee. Now Everytime I go I just ask for Garrison and he makes me and my wife's coffee.
I had no problems here. So glad they have coffee on site. Those slushy drinks are pure sugar though, even my kid wouldn't drink it. Stick to the coffee and donuts.
Everyone is super nice here and its never busy past 9am. Very clean and sits with a Ben & Jerry's ice cream shop inside the great wolf lodge.
The kiddos enjoyed the donuts, friendly staff and they moved a long line pretty quickly.

This Dunkin' Donuts was in the Great Wolf Lodge! It was super convenient. I just wish this location accepted the Dunkin' Donuts app.
Good breakfast option in the hotel if you don't feel like going out. There's something on the menu for everyone!
Simple DD. Staff was curtious and fast. Does not have as many options as a full sized store but they do have all the coffees.
If you are in the Great Wolf Lodge - this is so nice to have availible all day. Super nice staff and fresh pastries.
Just went in for a glazed donut, and Devin rang me up. Had great customer service and it brightened my day!
