There is a male employee who replaced Edwin, I believe. He has zero customer service skills. I have been a regular customer since since 2007 and if I see him in the store I will turn around and walk out.

Long story short lost my glasses couldn't find them going crazy call the store back to ask to see if I left them.the young lady was very kind and very helpful and told me she would go outside and look for my glasses I eventually found them,so i called back just to say thank you but she was actually
