Food is top notch. We always do the all you can eat. Its amazing. Wait staff is awesome too.
Update December 2023: I've stopped by and taken pictures of the menu and more food. This place is still my favorite in the springs and we loved in Tokyo for 3 years.
This is a great place for really good sushi and great prices during lunchtime. They have about 20 combo options where you get two 8-piece rolls plus a 4-piece fried roll, miso soup, and a small salad for $16-$18 (as of June 2023). You just can’t beat that price for 20 pieces of sushi with soup and salad. This will be one of my regular lunch places from now on.
We loved it here! We both got the all you can eat which is definitely worth it. The owner is the sweetest lady ever and went above and beyond and is so nice!
Sushi was good. Good selection of sushi on the menu to chose from. Saporo on tap. Service was good as well. All you can eat option on fixed menu.

Nice place. Good selection of rolls, beverages, and other meals with friendly and efficient service. The cabbage salad is amazing! It looked like they had a good variety of lunch specials (I went for a luncheon) available with mixed roll selections. I did wish that they somehow made the breakdown of each roll on the lunch special menu a bit easier to figure out which roll contained what. Other than that, this place is great and I would definitely recommend it!
We had a dinner at this restaurant. It was very busy but despite that the service was fast. The restaurant has a great variety of tempura rolls which my family usually enjoys the most. Fresh good quality food. This is a popular place for a reason.

Our waitress was Hannah and she was amazing. She really took care of our party of five. Not all of us knew the ins and outs of an all you can eat sushi restaurant. As long as you have less than 10 pieces of sushi, they will not charge you the full price of the roll.
For 30 bucks, you can get all you can eat sushi and the options here are great. The sushi you can choose from can be any sushi, no hold bars.
I high recommend this establishment to you, your friends, and family. The food is very tasty and delicious here. Surely you will not be disappointed when you dine here.
We had reservations for a birthday dinner at AI Sushi but they cancelled due to flooding (?). So we went with plan b. Overall the service won us over but the restaurant is about the size of a fast food restaurant and the atmosphere feels about the same. Wine and beer only, not a full bar. Pretty pricey although they do offer all-you-can eat sushi. Not a great option for large parties.
Having been to 50+ different sushi places in my life across the U.S. Kanpai will rank in the top 10 hands down. Fresh, generous portions. All you can eat option is an absolute steal. Their white tuna is delectable. Presentation wasn't blowing my socks off amazing but definitely very well constructed plates. Would recommend trying the Cherry Blossom roll. 100% will be back to try new items we didn't have room for today!
Food was fantastic! Fish was fresh, our server was amazing, food came pretty quick, and the ice cream was perfect.
We got the all-you-can-eat and the only con is that it went from $29.95 to $37.95 in a matter of a few months 😭 Will definitely be going again when the finances are right; it was $82 total with tax for the AYCE for 2 (and a green tea) with a $20 tip in case of curiosity!
It has been my go-to spot as it is affordable and has fresh fish and haven't had any problems. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch.
The special rolls are absolutely delicious and loaded!
Don't forget to try the hand rolls. Those are my favorite.
My wife and I's favorite place! We had the whole family tonight on the patio and the weather was lovely, the view was especially nice overlooking the mountains! By far our best trip yet. The patio is a great place for toddlers!
Between our big family I think we had every roll on the menu and there wasn't a single bad option! My personal favorites are the Colorado, the Cherry Blossom, and the Volcano. Even for all you can eat, the food is NEVER a let down!
Andrew was and is always a fantastic server who knows how to manage a busy restaurant and how to make sure all of his guests are well taken care of. I was a restaurant veteran, serving and bartending at high levels for 8 years and Andrew is someone I would have loved to have had on my team.

Any sushi lover seeking all you can eat sushi, this is your place!I used to go to Sushi Ring but stopped due to poor service from the wait staff. I wish I found this restaurant sooner! It's worth the 37 dollars per person.
THIS IS SUCH A GOOD SUSHI PLACE!! Best all you can eat sushi in COS. $29.95 gets you a TON of appetizers (mussels, spring rolls,salad, miso soup,etc) plus all you can eat sushi plus ice cream! I HIGHLY recommend the mussels that are included with all you can eat they were delicious. Our waitress, Hannah was phenomenal and really helped us out that night!
Bathrooms were so clean and the place was so modern.

I've been here several times and the service is always excellent. Staff is friendly and smiley. The rolls are very good. Had the teriyaki tonight, and it was almost too saucy. Please don't serve tempura asparagus if you are go8ng to give your customers the bottom part the should be thrown away. I couldn't even gnaw it, it was so stringy and tough. I'll still be back.
