Update December 2023: I've stopped by and taken pictures of the menu and more food. This place is still my favorite in the springs and we loved in Tokyo for 3 years.

We had a dinner at this restaurant. It was very busy but despite that the service was fast. The restaurant has a great variety of tempura rolls which my family usually enjoys the most. Fresh good quality food. This is a popular place for a reason.

Having been to 50+ different sushi places in my life across the U.S. Kanpai will rank in the top 10 hands down. Fresh, generous portions. All you can eat option is an absolute steal. I've been here several times and the service is always excellent. Staff is friendly and smiley. The rolls are very good. Had the teriyaki tonight, and it was almost too saucy. Please don't serve tempura asparagus if you are go8ng to give your customers the bottom part the should be thrown away.
