Came through on a day they were short staffed. That’s going to happen with a low volume store like they are. The black lady who met me at the counter was considerate and professional despite all the heat should probably gets for the fact that they had no chicken ready. S*** happens. I respect that

This location has turned around over the years. I used to feel uncomfortable when dealing with the staff. I have been visiting this location often in the past months, and each time, the staff have been pleasant, the food has been great, and when menu items are not available, they try to accommodate
The food was good the lobby was somewhat messy but did show up after a lunch rush and they were cleaning it, the lady at the register was a very great people person and our visit was a lot now enjoyable due to that. Those type of employees are a must.
We got there 20 minutes before closing and got a 16ct chicken bucket, the lady was nice and hooked it up for us since they didnt have anymore white meat she threw in a few more dark meat peices to balance out the lost of the white me.
