Great customer service here, the team members were pleasant and even made sure that I got my second drink cup although I thought I only ordered one through the app. Justin was in charge and made sure I was satisfied with my order and made a necessary change at no extra cost with the mistake on my part. That guy deserves a promotion. I also got to keep the extra item that I needed to change. Thanks!

Whoever the young Team Lead is needs a raise. Has to be the most openly communicative leadership I've seen in a fast food restaurant. The team at the time I ordered absolutely conquered a massive order of mine in no time <4 min. If it wasn't for the miscommunication while ordering this would have been an insanely good experience. I hope this location can keep this up.

This is the ONLY Taco Bell I'll go to in the entirety of Colorado Springs. The food is always fresh, always in a timely manner, and the service is always good. Most of the other tbells in the area are terrible, speaking from experience.

It's one of the better taco bells in town. The service was excellent. The restaurant was clean, and the food was mostly good. We received old hard and crusty beans in my daughter's burrito.

Would give a better review, but some of the fountain drinks were carbonation only with no flavor syrup. Other than that though the young man who helped us was very courteous and attentive. This young man also went throughout the store and offered free cinnamon twists. Not a bad experience, just a little dingy looking. Food was good taco bell food.

The quality could be better, got the beefy crunch but they forgot the crunch. Where was the Fritos? Woke on doing correct portions and not small portions.

Get some sleep or not... run to the Bell, Taco Bell. They gotta lots of: jalepenos, tortillas, tomatoes etc. Etc. The sign says mobile orders and delivery service's are available. Abuse the Sauses... enjoy a good meal...

Food was good, but the service was very slow. We thought we'd been forgotten. One of the employees had an anger outbreak and yelled at another employee while we were there, then looked angry for the rest of our stay. Not a very relaxing meal.

Holy Frigg is this Taco Bell the best in town. They always get the order perfect, on time and delicious. If only corporations would give credit to each individual location… This location is the best in Colorado Springs.
