Wow!!! Simply amazing!! The gentleman who took my order was awesome! Top notch customer service! Even got me to sign up as a rewards customer. This was literally the best turkey sandwich in my life! I’m 33 years old! That bread is delicious 🤤 Great job JJ S. Academy!!
A friend brings dinner home after work!!! Always fresh and tasty and meaty!!! Love the bread and the lettuce shred! Tomatoes are always fresh!

Today I had a weird issue with my order and the manager, Kristen I believe, was the most helpful person ever. She fixed my issue right away and really made it work for me. The driver she sent was just as nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my Jimmy John’s experience today. Thanks guys!
This location is awesome. We ordered mini subs for our daughter's birthday party. They were on time, well marked and delicious. The kids loved that they had a variety. The people that work there are friendly, polite and fun.
Now, I've only ordered here once through Door Dash last night. So keep that in mind. I have to say, Jimmy Johns uses their own drivers to deliver their Door Dash orders, not Door Dash drivers. Turns out this is excellent! Jimmy Johns made my food super fresh and they were surprisingly fast bringing

I ordered a combo through the app. I disliked that my soda had been poured & sitting there with my food for who knows how long.... other locations hand you an empty cup to fill yourself when you pickup your order.
The sandwiches are always good & cookies/chips are yummy, too. Still giving 5 Stars!
