I just wanted to take a minute and say what an amazing establishment this is. Randy and his staff are absolutely amazing. They took such great care of Eighty3 when we played there last weekend, they took care of all of the bands performing last night, I've been for karaoke and they never disappoint. As a performer, customer and professional, I truly appreciate the hospitality myself and my band has been shown!!
I enjoy the food & company at Peak 31. The staff is fun and helpful. The bands are always top of the line. One of the best music venues in the area.
I'm writing this review as I sit here. I am waiting for my husband while he's having surgery down the road and I cannot tell you how fresh and fabulous their grilled chicken salad it!
I highly recommend this gem of a place!
As a visitor to Colorado Springs I sadly have to say that the food is, well... not great. So that is why I am so happy to have discovered Peak 31.
The food is so good!!!
The Chicken Fried Steak was perfectly executed. The sandwiches are just as good. Great portions and great prices.
The appetizer selection is perfect for when one is enjoying some of the great beers on their list or a perfectly prepared cocktail.
On top of that the staff is incredibly welcoming and efficient.
And the regulars that frequent the place have made me feel right at home.

I love this bar! I love that they have karaoke and the bartenders are always so nice!! They always make sure I have a drink and have a smile on their face. This is really rare in the bar settings. This is always my go to after having a rough day at work they put a smile on my face! Thanks for taking care of me!!
We had such a great experience. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by one of the regulars. Awesome atmosphere and the staff went above and beyond. My rib eye was so delicious I didn't even have to use A1. This was our first time there, and it definitely won't be our last!
We like going here for food and adult beverages. The bartenders and waitresses are always friendly. It's clean and there's never any drama going on. The food is good. We have more than one favorite on the menu. Reasonably priced, too! I would highly recommend this place.
Good food and drinks. Amazing staff! Karaoke most nights starting at 9 pm. KJs are super & the patrons are cool and friendly. They also have darts, billiards, and tons of tvs to watch your favorite sports. Plenty of seating available. Nice atmosphere. Gotta love Tonya! 💋
Update: Service was especially slow tonight. It's a Friday, for everyone sakes, have two working bartenders! It wasn't her fault. She seemed to be doing a great job despite the pressure of being the only bartender. I

The customer service is awesome, professional, and all while being made to feel at home. There are live bands some nights, good people, No drama! Try the Teriyaki wings! Have fun!
