I don't often do a google review but I've been waiting for this to show up ever since the sign went up to tease me. Vegetarian (with chicken add on options) yumminess offering local brands (like Rowdy Mermaid Kombucha, Boulder 😊😊😊) salads, nourish bowls with brown rice and/or quinoa, soups, salads, breakfast bowls. I worried, at 30F outside, what I could order besides soup to warm me up but the roast veg nourish bowl was lovely and full of flavor. Midas Milk, Smoothie Bowls... I'm happy and full. Tell him to add chicken, he'll be surprised how flavorful clean eating can be. Communal tables and a few booths, as well as drive-thru. You can order with a card at the computer pads as you walk in or at the counter with cash or if you want to take advantage of the Military Discount. It'll be great when they open for dinner.

I had the golden goddess. It was really yummy and filling. Also had a cookie and a rowdy mermaid kombucha. Neat that they have a kiosk you can order from if paying with a card. Clean and bright inside!

Great fresh selections and tasty food! Atmosphere is lively and although small it's roomy. Going back to try breakfast soon!

This place is legit good! We went today for their soft opening and I couldn't have been more pleased with the flavor and the quality of the food. I got the Grilled Veggies bowl + chicken + avocado and highly recommend it. Will definitely add it to my lunch rotation. I'm giving 5 stars but might adjust it later to reflect service. Today's was excellent, everyone was super attentive but it's not like they were open for real. We'll see once they settled in.

I think for the Grand Opening it was amazing! The food is great!! It’s a very clean, trendy atmosphere! I loved it, however I do feel like for the small portion of the bowls and the juice it’s very pricey! I get eating healthy does come with some what of a price, but those bowls to me are not worth $10! Maybe $6.50 or $7, the tropical juice was $7 for something I drank in two sips. It was good but I feel the pricing is not what your getting.

Only the health conscious need apply. At 12 on a Tuesday I had to wait 10 minutes for a seat. The manager came out and personally showed me the automated order taking tablets. My wife had the southwest bowl with steamed eggs and thought it was outstanding. I forgot initially to order crackers to go with my signature coconut greens soup, so... Sorry but it just wasn't my cup of tea.. There were a few stringy bits still in it but otherwise smooth, and the taste was a bit like eating pureed grass. One of the servers brought out a sample of the cookie which was very nice. I'll probably go back again, but try something else. I noticed the place doesn't seem to accept tips... Which is nice for the customer but hopefully the servers are getting an appropriate raise.

Amazing fresh food. We got 4 different bowls and everyone raved. The springs definitely needed a place like this. The owners of Till and GOG Gourmet are killing it. Their coffee was pretty amazing as well. Only wish they had longer hours of operation.

The food here is amazing and I’m giving it five stars because I want more restaurants like this to appear in Colorado Springs. But I did think it was pricey as mentioned by several other reviewers. You really do get what you pay for in the quality of the food so I will go back. And I feel completely comfortable letting my kids order anything they want off of the menu.

Food is excellent however I have driven all the way from fountain two times when they say the are open then we get all the way there an hour before posted closing time and doors are locked and no one is there. Frustrating to drive almost and hour with hungry kiddos and not get to eat when we only have two other places in town we can safely eat at. Update** The hours you’ve stated are different from such stated on google maps. Maybe change them on there to better reflect your true hours so we can better plan trips. Thanks!

Sprig is very trendy so it's a little on the high side as far as price goes. However, if you're trying to eat healthier, they really have some great options. Everything is non-GMO, gluten and dairy free with no added sugar. The Southwest bowl is my favorite. The staff are friendly and it's a very clean restaurant. I only deducted one star for price. You can expect to pay between $13 and $17 for lunch but in my opinion it is absolutely worth visiting.

For a first try, I found Sprig to be a mostly positive experience. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but as with similar places such as Ola downtown, it makes sense in regard to the expense it takes for them to source everything naturally. I had the Swell smoothie and my girlfriend had the One Up smoothie. Both tasted great. My reservations on giving Sprig five stars would be that our first time going in to just check it out was really awkward. We came in on a Sunday morning, there were no open signs or much to indicate they were indeed open except hours listed on the door. When we walked in I noticed we were the only customers there, we were greeted, but then nothing for several minutes as we presumably watched employees preparing other orders. We just kind of lingered by the counter and tried to figure out if we were supposed to wait for someone or use the order kiosk - pretty confusing. Would’ve liked some communication as to how to proceed or that someone would be with us shortly. My other reservation would be no options on sizes for smoothies. They all come in one size - which may be simpler for Sprig, but doesn’t give me as the customer the choice to have more or less depending on my needs. Ola downtown does this and it makes a difference as to getting what I pay for as well as helping expectations. Otherwise, looking to visit again and try some of their other menu items and I’ll update my review from there!

My new favorite restaurant! The food is fresh and the service has always been awesome. We eat there a few times a week and my favorites are the Bahn Mi, Overnight Oats, and Peruvian Potato soup. So happy to have this little gem in our area!

LOVE this place! We have been wishing for a restaurant like this with my sons special dietary needs and couldnt have hoped for more! I love that they have a drive thru which makes eating on the go healthy and satisfying. The employees are always friendly and accommodating. The last time we went through the drive thru, they helped us by splitting a kids smoothie into two and gave us free cookie samples to try. It's nice being able to treat your kids without having to worry about all the junk your typical restaurants throw into food. Plus, its DELICIOUS! I highly recommend any of their nourish bowls and their anti-inflammatory shot. Love them!

They specialize in gluten free, dairy free, non-gmo food. Open for breakfast at 8 am til 8pm, offering Smoothies, Juices, & salads. Some organic fruit and vegetables, and one soup & a child’s menu. Sell bamboo straws & gluten free crackers & bottled Smoothies to go. I liked the Spring Soup offering the best. But tried the Golden Roasted Cauliflower and the Golden Goddess. Looking forward to trying the Smoothies and Juices.
