Coal Mine Dragon - Colorado Springs - Photo album

Like many local folks, a regular since 2002, I was surprised to see that the old comfortable buffet was missing. I took a moment to soak in their re-imagined seating surrounded by warm tangerine and ebony, large flat screens and modern traditional decor. The sushi bar was alive with color (a vast im
Tried this restaurant as we were visiting & in the area. It was a great restaurant and very clean! Very very good food and a large variety of options!
My experience was good at the Coal Mine Dragon restaurant! I’m giving this place a four because the service was excellent and our waitress new exactly how to help us out when it came to ordering. The food was good, my food was a little too fried for my taste, but my friends Lo Leon tasted great! I w
our server was very nice and attentive, the food was great and it even came out to us on a little robot! very fun experience with an unexpected surprise :)
Excellent Chinese menu and phenominal service! We were treated with respect and the restaurant was spotless. . . Great place to have a family get together.
Great portion sizes, friendly staff. Had the General Tso's chicken and fried rice. We ordered takeout and had our food within minutes. Fried rice was plain but not bad.
I'm excited to see a new revision of an old hidden gem and the expanded menu. Ordered a quick takeout from the classic Chinese side of the menu and discovered we were missing an entree. It was close to closing, so we called right back, and the owner went to great lengths to make it right. With that
Ordered the moo shoo pork plate and, OMG, so much food! Combo lo mein plate includes choice of soup, choice of rice, egg roll and a fortune cookie
Very clean restaurant! They have sushi and Chinese which is a cool duo. I've had several rolls and they are very well done. I will come back soon!
The food is very good here. My wife had Sweet and Sour chicken, which was light and fluffy and I had kung pao chicken, which was a bit too sweet for my taste but still very tasty. The staff was friendly and attentive. We recommend and hope you enjoy too. Update: They recently remodeled the restauran
The kindest Owners In the world. Last night my girlfriend and I ordered late (sorry). The owner not only took the order (he didn't have to) but made our food fresh! It only that his pregnant wife offered complimentary soda! Nothing but cheerful and friendly! Bonus prize! The food was excellent as wel
To be honest, this place doesn't look like much, but the food is great. It seems like most people order take out, so there are usually not many people dining in when we have been.
Best Chinese I've found in Colorado Springs. Hot and sour soup is legit. Not to much hot and not too much sour. Good even ratio of the two is hard to find!
