First time at a Steak n’ Shake. I tried a patty melt. The burger was cooked to perfection as were the onions. The meat was tender. The fries were great. The shakes were amazing. Everything was delicious. I cannot wait, to go back and try more items.
The decor was fun. The atmosphere was laid-back.
The staff worked so well together that they seemed more like friends than co-workers. The manager and the rest of the staff were friendly and fantastic at their jobs! The restaurant was filled with smiling people!
This restaurant is definitely worth a stop! Whether you are looking for a quick drive-thru meal or a sit down dinner with your family, this is a place to try.
Nice place with good food and a wonderful view. Great to relax and enjoy a good burger. They serve Coca-Cola products, that's a plus for me.
Came in during a snow storm after driving to an appointment that nobody called to tell me was cancelled. I was so angry that food and ice cream were the best way to process. Stopped in and the employees were super nice and friendly. Made my food fresh and great customer service and everything was tasty. This location is awesome
My 1st visit. Ordered a burger wrap. It was tasty. Our server Jamie was great at keeping her tables moving. I think the other servers should follow her example.
Very good for and super low prices. The wait times can get long, but if you come at a time that's not busy it is AWESOME!!
This store had incredible service! We had a gift card that had a balance, but when swiped wouldn't work. The manager was kind enough to take care of it and accept our order w/out charging us anyway, and was so sweet during our entire visit! 4 stars b/c the food is fairly average and the fries are just too dry/small, but the pleasant manager more than made up for it on this visit!
Service is quite slow with only one person working but the food is excellent!
Not sure what all the negative reviews are about - our experience was amazing! We actually moved here from central Illinois, where Steak N Shake started, and this one was even better than the original locations. The food was great - way less greasy than back home and neatly put together. Customer service was amazing - we were seated promptly and served very attentively by Jordan. Our food came out in 10-15 minutes. Everything was correct, hot, and tasty. The establishment was very clean and looked nice, though it was a bit cold. All in all, a great visit! We'll definitely be back!

The food here is good for a simple hamburger meal, and the shakes are really good with their many different flavors. I personally like them even on a cold day. I will say though, the service is rather slow. I have gone on multiple days at different times, and it still isn't very fast service. If you're impatient about being served, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Otherwise though, pretty good place to eat.
