Enjoyed the Spanish Sampler and a glass of La Familia Pinot Noir this evening. Probably should have snapped the pic prior to nibbling away. Always great food and a "healthy" selection of wines. Management and the employees are very friendly and prompt. HIGHLY RECOMMEND swinging in, regularly!!

Such a great place! The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming and the staff is exceptional. We had a chance to speak with Miguel, the owner, and love his vision for Vinum and what he's trying to do there. The food is delicious (especially the truffle fries!) and the wine selection superb. For anyone wondering what a wine bar is, you have the option of ordering a glass/bottle of wine or using the wine bar to sample different types of wines from around the world (or both). For anyone who isn't big on wine, they do offer craft beers and other drinks. This is the perfect place for date nights and hanging with your friends. I can't wait to go back!
Just found this little gem of a place. Can't say enough about our night out. Miguel the owner takes the time to greet each customer. Excellent menu with exquisite tasting food. Huge wine selection and outstanding service. If you haven't tried this restaurant you have been missing out. And did I mention it's a 21 and over, so no children distracting your night. Amazing atmosphere. We will be returning soon.
Had a wonderful time here! The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. Miguel the owner, slips into every role from wine expert, to kitchen staff. He loves this place and it shows. It's fun, innovative, and has great atmosphere.

Awesome experience. They have great staff- delicious food, try the chocolate dipped bacon. It’s INCREDIBLE. Best place for a fun girls night, low key- no creepers. Just good friends good food and good atmosphere. Great wine selection.
What a great place! The owner is a top notch sommelier and truly knows his wines. He has two high end tasting stations where you can sample 32 wines from a large variety of regions. The food is exceptional. A unique experience in Colorado Springs.
The environment and atmosphere are wonderful. Very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They really care about your experience with them. They have wide variety of wines and liquers. The wine dispensing machines are novel and fun, but be mindful of how much you're spending. It can add up quickly. Ask Miguel about the machines, they're very interesting. Their food selection is short but very nice. Plan on spending around $30 for a short visit (if you play it smart). But it is definitely worth every penny! I can't wait to visit Vinum Populi (Wine for the People in Latin) and Miguel again! (Make sure you get the opportunity to chat with Miguel!)
Great atmosphere, food and service. Offering the unique ability to self serve wine in 1oz or larger pours means you get to try many different types and then hone in on your favorite, but there is a full bar if wine is not your thing. The food is fresh, diverse and very affordable, encouraging you to share apps and entrees with your party and expand your palate. The addition of lunch, an ever-changing menu and live music down the road will give you many reasons to keep coming back!
