Yummy! I'll be back. My husband and I got lunch there 08/24/23. We got French onion soup and bacon, turkey, bravo sandwich, and a corn chowder which was seasonal and turkey, avocado, BLT sandwich.

This Panera Bread is always busy, mostly because it is the shopping area of The Shops at Briargate. They have upgraded to self order kiosks but still have a counter to order from if you want to order with someone. The kiosks are nice, easy and fast. They allow you not to feel pressured when order
A busy place for sure...especially around the typical meal times!

The staff are always pleasant, engaging, ready to serve, and food is ready within minutes of ordering. Waiting for it to be ready has never been an issue, for me at least
Absolutely AMAZING! The first time i went, i had a bread bowl and it is 2x bigger than other bread bowls from other places. I HIGHLY recommend this Panera.
I'm a sip club member and ordered the Chicken Green Goddess Melt. Great food and service! This location is pretty busy and it may be hard to find a working outlet to charge laptop or devices...
I ordered a bagel (shown in picture) this morning and it came out over-toasted to my taste. I inquired with the manager about a less toasted one and shared my concern, and he happily brought out a new one VERY quickly. Top notch customer service from the order counter to the order pickup.
Fast friendly service. You are supposed to bus your own but they came to clear nearby tables and cleared our dishes. Very friendly

I’m a Grubhub driver and I was here on this last St. Paddy’s Day, during the noon lunch rush. It was crazy, but the staff was great! Dan, the general manager, went out of his way to take care of anyone in need. Great experience!
