Food: really good. I am partial to the breakfast burritos and quesadillas. Horchata here is also tasty good! Only downside is the limit the salsa which is made in-house and is quite delicious (I like the green salsa)

Used to eat there a lot when I worked around the corner. Good food for a cheap price. They had a different cook there for a while and the food quality went down. Better cook now and they open at 5 am.
We to this “taco shop” (it’s soooo much more!😊) a few months back dropping my grandson off at CC. Did not see ceviche on the menu- & decided to order something else similar. When we got back to our hotel rooms I could not believe it!!

I bumped into the owners about a year later, turns out, they're from San Diego, which explains why this place is so amazing!

I called early one morning and ordered 16 burritos for our office. I was a little concerned because the person on the phone didn't read back my order or ask any questions. They were ready on time and each burrito was labeled! They were hot and PERFECT. Thank you!!
Wow, really good chicken taco, red sauce and green sauce. I'll be back for sure! Great price and friendly service too. 👍 Drive thru is always a plus. Update: I go out of my way (from Monument) to visit here regularly. The red sauce and carne asada are absolutely the best in Colorado.

Monica’s Taco Shop is the best food that I’ve eaten here in the state of Colorado that is comparable to the great Mexican food in CA. Prove me wrong.! Keep up the great work and great tasting food. Staff is great too.

Building is older and has a problem with flies, but the food is great and the employees are very friendly and cook well. Love the food here
Great place for a quick delicious meal. I did take out, but they have a decent dining room as well. Super friendly, busy and they include all the yummy toppings anyway you like. Try both salsas - yum!
