Great spot. They have fantastic food and a classically rustic interior. Check out their happy hour for deals on drinks. We sat out back by the fire and had a cigar with a few guys. Recommended.

We had an early dinner (4 pm local time) and got a seat right away. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had the ribs, brisket, loaded tater tots and Jalapeño corn bread. The brisket was wonderful, well smoked and not dry. The bread pudding was exceptional We will definitely be going back

Amazing food!!! Got the BB Cuban. Lauren (our waitress) was amazing!!!! Came back several time, she was on point and one of the best. Truly amazing and had a great time. The manager came out as well. Great experience. Highly recommend

Service was very good. Music was a bit loud, though. Visited late on a Sunday evening. Meat loaf was tasty but was the world's smallest piece and wrapped with bacon. The 2 sides (mashed potatoes and creamed corn) were completely mixed. If they are going to do that they should just make it one side, not two. :-)

We were in town for a wedding and stopped by Bourbon Brothers for brunch on our way back home. The atmosphere was incredible and the buffet was absolutely delicious. They had a wide variety of breakfast food items, prime rib and omelets made to order. Bottomless mimosas were great and the service was fantastic. We will absolutely be visiting again next time we’re in the springs!

Amazing BBQ spot, but be prepared to spend some money if you go, but it's definitely worth every cent! Every time we go, we get the deviled eggs as an appetizer, and the Jalapeño corn bread is a must! I've never been disappointed with a dish I've ordered here. This last time I got the BBQ Nachos, they were full of flavor and came in a large portion. The chips were hard to chew, kind of like they weren't cooked thoroughly.... but none the less, it was delicious! My wife had the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and the green beans. The country fried steak was great, crispy fried, tender steak, definitely going to be my next dish to order.

Literally everything on the menu is great! It’s crazy to think the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had I found in Colorado. Growing up in the south, grits are a staple food. The smokehouse meats are all awesome! The staff is always friendly and their bartenders are top shelf! The atmosphere changes from the dining room to the bar area to the bourbon room. Great place for family, drinks with friends, or even a business meeting. I highly recommend the shrimp and grits, the Buffalo chicken sandwich, the smokehouse meats, and the dry rub wings. Oh yeah, make sure to leave room for the banana pudding, it’s awesome!

Finally visited this restaurant. A+ on the food, service, and atmosphere. We ordered the brisket with loaded potatoes, Buffalo chicken sandwich, and mac n cheese for my daughter. All of the food was amazing, the brisket was tender and not over cooked. For desert, we had the chocolate cake for two-which was also excellent. As for the whiskey menu, I’m a rookie on this but they have a huge selection fitting for a place with bourbon in the name. Edit: the sauce was amazing with the brisket! I used my wife’s fries to finish it off. We’ll be back. If I had to critique one thing, the hostesses were indecisive on what their wait time was. It didn’t matter as we walked in at peak hours and got a booth with no issue.

The guy running the egg station was friendly and made a mean omelet.. prime rib and baked potato is available at brunch. Stay clear from the pancakes they're dry...

Went there and did a whiskey tasting order to shrimp and grits and it was some of the best shrimp and grits have had this far north of the south waiter will attentive. Understanding patient atmosphere was lively not loud. Overall, one of the best experiences I've had in Colorado

Incredible date night fun! Food was perfection, best service we've had in a while! Drinks were yummy! Only feedback is it was super hot in the main dining room. Unsure if we just got used to it or they turned the a/c on but it got better

Went there last night. For me, Bourbon Borthers feels like a mixed theme of Sounthern, bbq, and an American contemporary restaurant. It is pretty unique in its own terms and concept. The ambiance, fixtures, and decor were great, and we enjoyed our food experience. Our server Logan was very attentive and knew how to ask the right questions for each dish we ordered. For example, checking with my wife does she preferred a wedge of lemon with her warm water, and if the fixing on my daughter's sandwich were ok, and etcetera. I think the hostess' role cannot be minimized and should be the most seasoned front-line staff if a restaurant intends to price higher for perceived value on experience and menu.

We ordered the Chicken Fried Steak, Chicken Tenders, Chicken Jambalaya, and Brisket with Mac and cheese. We also started with the fried pickles and the deviled eggs. Everything tasted very good. The Chicken Fried Steak was cooked very nicely and the gravy is thick and rich. The Chicken tenders were huge, tasted great and the breading was not over powering or too thick. The brisket was ok, but the sauce was nothing special. However, the Mac and cheese complimented it nicely. The jambalaya was ok; it wasn't as rich or as flavorful as other places I've been to, but it was still very nice. The star of the party are the fried pickles and the deviled eggs. I get fried pickles at everyplace that serves them and this place is by far the best I've ever had. The batter is not too thick or salty and the eggs are so delicious. The staff is great as well. Our server was really nice and accommodating. Will definitely visit again.
