Not a ton of seating area but they use their space super well! I was so excited to see so many gluten free options, I've never seen a place do gluten free pizza by the slice before! The bakery area also had ready to-go gluten free desserts, the cream cheese brownie was amazing. I am super impressed with Poor Richard's.

It’s always great to find a vegan option when traveling, so I was happy to see the menu for Poor Richard’s. Very friendly counter service, and although the dining area wasn’t very large, there weren’t many people there so we had a nice seat looking out the front window. We both got the Sesame Ginger Bowl and while I have preferred just a bit less sauce, my traveling companion really loved it. It was super tasty, healthy, and overall we had a really pleasant lunch experience here.

A Colorado Springs establishment, Poor Richard's is as great today as it was growing up, and serves up so many different but terrific experiences for patrons. As a kid I came to Poor Richard's to play in the old monkey house and eat pizza. While the monkey house is gone, their area in the back is perfect for families and I love taking my kids today to play and let loose in the newer play area. I love enjoying a book and a cup of tea in the back patio, live music at Ricco's from time to time, and the toy store is the best in town. Poor Richard's just feels like home!

Charming spot with tasty food. Be warned the pizza slices are like 1/4 of a pizza lol. I ate both of mine but didn't know what was coming my way! The food was good AND there is a coffee shop and book store attached so after all that pizza go grab a coffee lol. Recommend this place if you're in the downtown area.

I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant/toy store/bookstore. It was a little too hot to eat on the patio, but I still took photos. It is a cute little courtyard if you are like me and like eating outside. Food was good. But I was really disappointed that they stopped serving all the Veggie Burgers. I went to this restaurant for all the vegetarian options,so I was not pleased by that. But I really did like the restaurant and plan to visit again when it is cooler.

I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid. I loved it then, and I love it now. The food is always delicious, and the staff is always so friendly. The atmosphere is lovely as well. The toy store, book store, and cafe always have such great options as well. I also enjoy the inclusivity of this business. Thanks for being openly here in support of your lgbtqia+ neighbors.

Neat place in Colorado Springs. Came here on a recommendation for good coffee. This is a bookstore/coffee house/eatery/toy store. The coffee was pretty good and the book store was nice. Not a Barnes and Noble with a massive selection, but what they do have was great. If you’re looking for a quaint spot for coffee and a good book, make the stop.

Such a great place! I got the turkey sandwich and it was stuffed with turkey. There was nothing special about the sandwich but it was good, bread was soft, and there were fresh fixings. My son got the pizza and loved it. It was filled with cheese, and delicious pepperoni. The place was packed but moved quickly.

The house salad was the best item on the menu we tried. The pizza was nicely done. I had a Ruben sandwich, they were out of the marble rye, so I chose the wheat bread, it was just ok. Not enough meat or thousand island dressing. Big place books, puzzles, jewelry, greeting cards like ten flavors of tea, and baked goods that we did not try. I had the hibiscus tea and it was delicious. No sweetener but still satisfying.
