My lamb was a little too red and had to go back for more heat. That was okay because it still tasted good when it came back. The veggies were braised and caramelized perfectly with a hint of sweet. Tom’s quail cordon bleu was blue corn meal & spice crusted, with green chili and melted white cheese inside the quail on a spinach bed w/ onions. The quail was so tender it fell off the fork. The portion sizes were perfect... not too much and not too little. -The “Valentines Oreo crusted Red Velvet Cheesecake drizzled with Caramel” literally melted in our mouths and was so succulent and creamy. -The “Valentines Clementine Posette” was an explosion of fruit, nut and smooth creamy custard, a fresh exciting aphrodisiac of flavors in your mouth. -Both desserts are some serious 5-Star Chef Special Desserts. -The fresh delicate rose in the glass with the romantic candle made for a perfect reservation for Valentines Day with the love of my husband and soulmate, Tom. -I give this restaurant 5 stars for combination of flavors, perfect pairing of foods, size of portions, pleasant staff, and ambiance.

We love the Friday night bartender. He is creative, passionate and enthusiastic about drinks. Tonight we had South Sides, the Knife & Fork Burger and fries...Amazingly delicious. Followed by a new cocktail that the bartender recommended based on paying attention to the drink I ordered first. Interesting, fun and delicious. We "Finished with Peaches". Delicate peach flavors, a flakey biscuit, fresh peaches and cream...delicious. The bartender suggested another "special pairing" dessert cocktail. It smelled like beautiful ripe orange, but tasted like coffee, caramel and a hint of orange zest. It paired amazingly with our dessert. Fun night, new adventurous cocktails and delicious food. Final bill...wait for it...$88! Yes, perfection!

The food was delicious! My husband and I really liked the lobster corn bisque. He had the shrimp carbonara and I had the roasted chicken. Everything was fresh and such incredible flavor! My husband delivers their groceries and was impressed by the cleanliness of the walkin and kitchen. He has seen plenty of restaurants that are not clean and that do not practice food safety. We don't go to those places any more. The staff were polite and inviting, great service, a very enjoyable meal! We will definitely be going back.

This place is absolutely the BEST! Fantastic food, great service and now an outdoor PATIO! This is the kind of place you can go to for lunch, cocktails, dinner or a special event! We've worked with James and Shaundy for weddings and anniversary parties - they ALWAYS make things special. Will be back for sure, over and over again!

Absolutely amazing, could not believe the taste in every bite, honestly thought I was in a 5 star restaurant and I have been to 1 of the 2 in the state. Along with the copper top tables and well done atmosphere, I was impressed by the bill for 4 people, spent the same as if I ate at many of the other restaurants in town but never at the quality of my lunch today. Looking forward to dinner and desert, way to go guys, truly impressed and will be seeing you again soon.

Thank you babe for an impeccable Valentine's Day dinner!! COS, The Warehouse is a must for your Valentines Day date!! Got to meet Chef James - thank you chef and Steven, superb food, atmosphere, and service. Thoroughly enjoyed the small business feel. We were the first couple to order off the Valentine's Day menu!

My wife and I have driven past this place a few times and decided to have a date night. Tessa was very attentive, polite and courteous. The food was good and decently portioned. I only wish the Pueblo Soup had a bit more spice.

My last dinner in Colorado Springs (09/2023) was at The Warehouse COS . This was my coworkers choice .... so of course I did a little research, read some reviews, but looked forward to my own experience. We really loved the look of the building and the simple yet elegant decor. The Customer Service was excellent and each course was AMAZING! My expectations were exceeded x's 10! If you find yourself in the area, make a reservation, you will not regret it! #foodie #foodieontheroad #coloradosprings #coloradospringsfoodie #stlmetrofoodie

Get ready for an exciting and adventurous dining experience. Take the whole experience in. The creative menu challenges a diner to interpret the chef's culinary intent. The visual presentation of dishes invite a diner to anticipate the flavors imagined by their own menu choices. The service staff are eager to engage in conversation to learn of the diner's impressions about the success of the chef's culinary vision. Diners can enjoy the restaurant's ambiance that lays bare an emphasis on the diner's sense of taste. This is a restaurant with a purpose and will to elevate the whole dining experience for each diner who walks through the front door. Oh, and don't forget to browse the art that decorates the walls throughout the restaurant. Warehouse Restaurant and Gallery is tucked back from the road in an unassuming building at 25 W. Cimarron St. across from the Aventa Credit Union. Don't miss an opportunity to treat yourself to a special dining experience.

Corporate dinner function, speciality draft beers on tap, great food, please try the Bison Rib eye steak, worth every bite to it, medium rare recommended.

This is hands down the best restaurant I've been to in Colorado. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection, it was flavorful and delicate to the pallet. The staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'd definitely come back here if I'm in the area again. The building is neat too, it's an old warehouse with a lot of the old decor in it still as well as an art gallery.

The food here is outstanding. We had the calamari, baked brie, and hush puppies for appetizers, and the elk and the stuffed quail for entrées. All were delicious. The trick is to come early during happy hour, which will allow you to do a full tasting menu at a reasonable price. The drinks were delicious as well.

Delicious pork chop, carpaccio, and fish. My wife was super found of the Patagonia cocktail that’s made with a special Chilean liquor, it’s summery and delicious.

Awesome place for a nice dinner out. Everything was seasoned perfectly. Server also served with great ettiqute. Only reason it is not a 5 star is because I was not impressed with the old fashioned or cocktails in general. Still overall great dinner.

Great atmosphere. Equally as amazing food and drinks. Appetizer was Calamari with ginger Had Baby Greens Salad omitted apricots (personal preference) I know that it would be equally or if not more delicious with them incorporated. Soup was Vegetable Quinoa, oh my sweet baby Jesus this is so delicious like inside hug. SO had 10oz Bison Ribeye with micro roasted mushrooms, garlic potatoes, and spinach w/leeks. Beer was Storybook Little Red riding Ale, and Ginger drop. Tessa our server was outstanding thorough friendly service. Highly Recommend 10 out 10.

Best bison steak I have ever eaten in Colorado Springs. Loved that the chef walks out to the garden and plucked fresh thyme to use on the steak. The service was very good, the presentation of the Mango Coconut Gazpacho soup was very nice. Loved the blue corn hush puppies. Dining outdoors on a lovely afternoon mad it the perfect end to the day!

Loved it. Service was great, the food was litterally some of the best I have had in Colorado Springs, and we love fine dining. The food and drink menus are also perfectly balanced and compliment each other well.

We sat at the bar and had great service. We only had the dip appetizer to eat and a couple drinks. The menu didn't appeal to us.

Visiting CC for parents weekend and had a great meal here with my daughters. Very thoughtful menu. The pate was superb. I had the duck confeit and it was very good. There was a spice I couldn't identify ( cardomum? ) that was a touch heavy but it was perfectly cooked. The bison ribeye was delicious. The pot roast was way over and dry so only 4 stars on food. But I heartily recommend Warehouse.
