Visited Duca's at Voyager today with [1284842641:Daniel Ortiz] and [550870448:Matt Blair] for lunch. I had the Duke, my husband had the Margherita, and my friend Matt had the Marinara with cheese and pepperoni. The pizza was so good, we wanted to go back for dinner and lunch tomorrow. The flavor, the crust, it was all fantastic. The service was also wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offering yummy garlic butter for us to dip our delicious crust after devouring the delectable toppings.
My friend Matt embarrassed himself horribly when he failed to pronounce the word Marinara when ordering (he thought it was a fancy name and was intimidated by - his words - the cashiers nice face, and said mahr-ee-nahr-a after explaining that he was sure he wouldn't be able to pronounce it. If you're reading this miss cashier, BTW, my friend Matt would love to take you out, he's tagged above if the feeling is mutual. #lookingforlove)
Anyway, will definitely be back. Thanks Duca's for a great pizza experience. This girl loves her pizza & you all definitely delivered.
This is the best pizza in town!! my husband and I just found this place and it is amazing, fresh, great quality, delicious!
I am italian, just move here and I love this pizza. Its very good and remind the real italian pizza. Best in the town,I eat there every time that I can
The pizza was fabulous! Real authentic Neapolitan pizza! The margarita was superb and the white pizza was everything you could hope for! Ambience was great, beautiful colorado night sitting on the patio with a glass of wine and Italian music softly playing in the background!

Great pizza & dessert, great service, great oven master! 👍🏼
Just found out my cousin owns this place. Pretty awesome pizza. I was impressed, not because she is my cousin, but because of the pizza. It's hard to find a true napoleon style pizza. They've knocked it out of the park!!!!
Good food, nice little place. Many different, high quality ingredients instead of the typical boring big chain type stuff.
Easily the best pizza in town. Try the mushroom and rosemary ham pizza and be sure to add herbs, garlic, and parmesan once it arrives at your table.
Best pizza I have had since Italy! We will definitely go back and make this a destination spot with friends and family.
Amazing pizza. Rosemary ham was superb. Thank you!!!
Fantastic pizza, the Brick oven gives it an amazing flavor and the sauce is perfect. Don't forget dessert and wine.
In 1 word, Fresh! So good. We will be back!!!!!!!!!
Best pie in town! The cannoli are awesome. I'll be back soon
It was amazing ! Reminded me a lot of Naples, Italy pizza!
The pizza here is amazing!! Friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere!! Will absolutely be coming back!
Fantastic, authentic Italian pizza. Just like you would get in Naples and Rome. They made a nutella pizza which use perfect for my daughter's birthday! Buonissima. Bravi e complimenti!
We LOVE Ducas, we lived in Naples for 4 yrs and weren't sure it would live up to our expectations but it is absolutely yummy!!! Marinara with sopprasetta cooked a little extra is my favorite.

Great pizza! We will be back when we visit from Denver. Thanks!
Great every time. My favorite is the gorgonzola and caramelized onions.
Best pizza ever! Joe thanks for bringing the Old World to the Springs, Victor
Excellent pizza. Crust is amazing. Really nice people too.
This is by far the best pizza I've ever had.
If your love Neapolitan pizza you will really love Duca's. Located in shopping center in the Northgate area less than 10 mins from USAFA. Restaurant ambiance is quaint, simple and clean with poster size family photos. Great for friends or coworkers, casual date or if you just want to order & pick-up. The pizzas are tasty and fresh with focus on a selective specialty menu. There is something for everyone (meat-eaters and vegetarians). If you want to add-on additional toppings, that option is available. Duca also has piadine's and salads. Service was friendly and helpful. One individual pizza serves 1 adult (you may have a slice or 2 leftover). Great food for a great price!
Came here on a visit to Colorado Springs for work. This is quite close to my office so I thought I'd drop by. They have a tasty individual pizza collection. Even though they're 12" pizzas, trust me you can't share it. However the crust is extremely soft & the flavors are just perfect. My only feedback would be if they could have more meat in the pizzas or options with more meat on them.
The Greek Mediterranean salad dressing is the best sweet vinegarette! The pizza is amazing. And the prices aren't bad either! Don't get a full sandwich if you're not too hungry. The half sand which was the perfect size.
Goos food, poor atmosphere. This review is for the Cheyenne Mtn blvd place.
The good:
Having been to Italy (including Naples) many times, I can say this pizza is very good and pretty authentic, though not quite as good as Resturante Del Lago at the Broadmoor. The pizza is a really great value at 6.95 for a pie that will feed two! The Mediterranean salad was fantastic.
The bad:
Desserts were a joke. Not fresh. "Gelato" was a frozen solid pre packaged cup of ice cream like you get at a school cafeteria. Caloni pretty terrible, likely out of a box. This place is not a bakery/cafe.
No bar. No wine list. Just a couple mediocre hoise wines and a few beers.
Atmosphere: this is the most disappointing part....think slightly nicer version of Subway. Self serve. Bright lights. Not the kind of place that invites you to sit and stay awhile.
Bottom line: authentic, well done Napoli style pizza at a great price...great salads, but take it to go.
The pizza from Ducas is the best. It is truly a taste of Italy. The service is great and I always feel welcome. Every time I come I always leave feeling satisfied and happy. It is a great place to go at any time. I recommend this place to any pizza lover
Dont Hesitate! Get there as soon as you can.. The very first we went there was to meet some friends. They told us that they had been there several times and the pizza is awesome. I was skeptical at first. I thought oh great another pizza place. Boy was I shocked. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. We placed our order and loved how I could choose the items. The pizza tasted amazing. The service is great. I love how the owner came to check on us to make sure everything was to our liking. I know that you will be amazed, don't hesitate to try it. You won't be disappointed. Finally we have a gourmet quality pizza place in Colorado Springs. I give Ducas a 5+ star.
Very good food here, and plentiful. Staff were helpful and service provided with a smile. Pizzas come with 8 pieces each. Sandwiches are enormous and come with ample potato chips. Small salads are plenty big. Because of all of the add-ons that are available, the options are endless. Highly recommended for wood-fired pizza with sandwiches and salads to match.
Best pizza in Colorado hands down. I haven't had better since my trip to northern Italy.
Fabulous! Ignore the negative remarks about the pizza. Definitely authentic wood oven pizza!! We will be back!
I'm a Fan. I love this place and am a little surprised that I'm just getting around to giving them a big thumbs up. I've had lunch here 5 or 6 times now and the stone-oven-baked pizza's are always as good as the service. Today I threw them a curve ball and asked for anchovies that were diced and evenly spread to add some zing without getting a mouth full of salty fish. It was perfect.
Fun Fact: Their pizza oven (The Duke) was shipped from from Italy.
Duca's is a great locally-owned restaurant. The pizza, salads, and paninis are all terrific, and the owners (the Duca's) are wonderful people.
Hidden little gem. We stumbled across this place recently- and I am so glad we did!!! If you've ever had REAL neapolitan pizza, you will appreciate this place! The inside is more modern, but old family photos give it an authentic feel. You walk in and up to the counter, and place your order. Service is friendly, and very helpful if you let them know it's your first time there. We ordered 2 pies- a traditional margherita and a bianco. Both were delicious and with an oven like "The Duke", very fast! The owner was there, taking time to check on each table to ensure quality and service- that's what I like to see. Very nice man, and very welcoming. After our pies, we had one of their $1 canolis-- just the right size and bite after a terrific meal like that! I haven't tasted a true neopolitan pizza in YEARS!!!! Excellent! I did see the table next to me ordered one of their salads- that is definitely on my agenda on our next visit!
The pizza was great. The young man at the counter however was either stoned or just couldn't say the words what can I get for you. He stared at my wife and I for at least two minutes without saying a word. If I hadn't started talking to him I think he may have fell asleep. The pies are good. The owner is very friendly. The help..... Could use some help.
Best in the Springs. Forget every other pizza place in the Springs, and I really like Leon Gessi. But for authentic, rock your socks off pizza, there isn't any other place other than Duca's. I love everything about this place and the prices are pretty reasonable. Everything was amazing.
Awesome Pizza. The pizza at Duca's has to be the best I've ever eaten. All very fresh ingredients and wood fired. Stood in line on a Friday night for about 5 minutes, but the food arrived very hot and very quickly. Prices are very reasonable. Even though the pizza's are personal size (about 12 inches) it was enough for hubby and I to share with a salad. The wine also is very good. The owner greeted everyone at their table. Please take the time to ask him about the history of the restaurant. We don't live close by, but will definitely make the trip again and again.

Great Pizza, friendly owner. My wife and I were in the neighborhood during lunchtime and decided to try out the new pizza place in town. I have been impressed by the reviews of Duca's and really had my hopes up. They weren't disappointed.
First things first, this place is a order-up-front and sit down and it'll be delivered. Serve yourself (mostly) is the name of the game. This is important because the receipt they give you has a spot for a tip, so be aware if you don't know what to tip them (I gave them $6 on a $34 bill).
The menu is small, I actually thought they had more before we got there. They only have pizzas, flatbreads and salads. That's not a totally bad thing though, because they do it all well. Because we had our 9 month old twins with us, I was worried that there might not be anything suitable on the menu that was soft enough for them to eat, however, I was in luck when the guy behind the counter suggested a cheesy dough for them. That worked and they ultimately loved it!
I ordered the Rosemary Ham and Mushroom Pizza and my wife ordered the Quattro Formaggio Pizza with added artichoke hearts. Unfortunately for us, it did not occur to us that the pizzas came normally without a tomato based sauce in them. That was our bad though, as the menu was not misleading about it. However, the owner graciously gave us a rather large bowl of their sauce (nicely presented with two basil leaves) for us to dip or spread on the pizza. It was oh-so-wonderful! Seriously, I am going to go out on a limb and say that they make it home-made and I can't say I've had a sauce like this in a long, long time. The toppings were fairly numerous considering the prices (none really over $10). The crust was wonderful in my opinion, perfectly crispy from "the Duke's" 800 degree temperatures and the pizza's literally came out by time we were done situating our twins in their high chairs. Nice.
The staff was very helpful and kind the whole experience, checking up on us regularly (and all tables for that matter). We felt welcomed and appreciated, and with their excellent pizzas, this will be a place that we'd gladly come back to in the future!
Great!. Duca's is incredible. Loved their margherita pizza. Glad to finally have an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria in Colorado Springs!
Ducas is amazingly fresh and delicious. The only pizza place worth going to in southern colorado. It's family owned fresh authentic Italian A real must try!
Great local pizza. Duca's is tasty and friendly. Nice place for a local chill and eat some pizza. The Margherita is pretty awesome with extra toppings. Very well priced for the Northgate strip. Good people who own and run it too so support your local economy COS!!!!!!!
Yum!. We have only ordered out from Duca's Neapolitan Pizza so I can only judge on the food and not the service, but we've been back more than once in the last few weeks. The crust on the pizza makes it the best of it's kind, great flavor and texture. The toppings of the specialty pizzas are creative and delicious. The Gorgonzola and Caramelized Onion has been my favorite so far. It was amazing! The BBQ Chicken pizza was good and had great flavor, but the chicken was a bit dry which let the pizza down. Prices are decent, maybe a bit on the high side for the specialty pizzas considering their smaller size. Overall a great specialty pizza place and we look forward to going back for more.
Good Pizza. I was initially confused. I stood at the pizza making counter for a while before I realized that I was supposed to order at the register. The store is set up sort of 5 Guys style - you are filtered along the left wall, with a barricade separating you from the dining room (thankfully not made of potato sacks). Order at the register, then go find a table and wait. I was disappointed that when I went there they were out of Rosemary Ham, which is prominently featured in many of their menu items. I ended up ordering the Capricciosa pizza, which has ham, mushrooms, artichokes, and kalamata olives - delicious!
One final note, although the pizza is good, and this is a decent place, I can't stand shills. At least one Urbanspoon review was written before this place was even open.
Nice place, good pizza. Hand-shaped pizzas are all personal-size, about 10/11 inches. Pizzas are based off a Margherita pizza, which by itself was wonderful, and the other pizzas, ordered for the kids, were loved. Three pizzas created were pepperoni, bacon, and veggie. Got them to go knowing they would start deteriorating as sion as the box was closed, but even after a 10 minute drive, they tasted great. Looking forward to eating on-site next time, and enjoy their great outdoor patio.
Duca's delicious wood fired, Neapolitan style pizza reminds fondly me of the authentic pizza that I tasted on my last trip through Italy. Their fresh ingredients and fresh taste will definitely ensure I will bringing friends next time I come by.
Best pizza I've had in CO and is the best Italian style pizza I've had in the States. I am originally from NJ and spent five years stationed in Italy so I know good pizza. If you are looking for an authentic Italian pizza go here. If you are looking for a NY pizza place, this isn't it but it's better.
This was my first visit to Duca's Neapolitan Pizza and it was amazing! My pie was amazing! The dough was perfectly cooked, and had great flavor. Little bubble didnt affect the taste. Toppings where fresh and heavenly in taste. This is the best traditional pizza I have ever had. So good, can't wait to go back.
Nice staff and good pizza. I like the variety of pizza options. They are fast with making the food. They have about 8 beer choices and maybe 2-3 wine choices. Worth the visit!
Best pizza Ive had in the US, absolutely fantastic!
Wow. Just wow! I wish I had tried this place sooner! The pizzas were amazing. Thin crispy crust with great quality sauce and cheese. So yummy! I am looking forward to the next family pizza night because we will be doing takeout here instead!
I love this place! The pizza's are fantastic thin pizzas, and their red sauce is so delicious that I would love to steal the recipe. I love the Duca's salad, made with arugula, pine nuts, and house dressing. You can get a half-size which is very generous, or a large size which is perfect for 2 or more people.
The staff is so friendly, and always recognize me and remember what I order.
They also offer a variety of wines and beers at very fair prices!!
Very cute, quaint restaurant. The pizza was delicious; it was ready incredibly fast, as it is cooked in the brick wood-fired oven. It was so good, we had to order a second one to take home with us!!! The kind young man working informed us that the photographs in the restaurant are of the owner’s family. Authentic for sure!!! We will definitely return!
Soooo good! Awesome price! Doesn't make you have heartburn from the sauce, is filling yet not too heavy to where you feel bad for eating it. Delicious crunch, great sauce, I got the specialty hot honey (it was literally my favorite pizza ever) and the gargonzola pizza which was also fantastic. Ten out of ten recommend to a friend
The best pizza in town by far! We drive across town to have this wonderful pizza. The crust is flavorful, crispy and chewy. The sauce is so good and super fresh toppings. I love the fresh mozzarella and ricotta! The service is friendly and fast! It's ruined me for all other pizza. Love it!!
They pizza was good. Great flavors and now of the authentic feel. We got it to go and only issue was the pizzas were a bit cold. We were at a local hotel so that wasn't the best but the flavors were still great after reheated.
My wife and I decided to try this place after seeing positive reviews online. This place was good for the budget! $22 for two pizzas is not bad! The food was impressive and great value overall! The food came out fast and we genuinely enjoyed the cozy atmosphere for a casual date night. We would definitely recommend this pizza place to others and we will be back!
Ordered for lunch one day and it was for pickup. Quickly had our orders completed and out the door in ten minutes. The next time we were going to dine in and there was an hour and a half wait. The staff seemed very attentive to all the other customers and even gave them free garlic knots for waiting. I had kids with me and they did not do the same for us. Kinda disappointed and will take my food to go next time.
Overall good dining experience. Fresh oven Fired Pizza prepared and cooked to order. The food is the best part. On occasion service has been disorganized and slow. As long as you are not at Peak or really busy times things go smoothly but when crowded things seem to get off track. You should still consider as a good option for this style of food.
This was my first time in Colorado Springs and my friends know I’m a huge pizza connoisseur then recommended this place to my wife and I. Walking in I knew the place would be good based on the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable so I picked their best seller and waited maybe 10 minutes for my food which came out amazing. The food is delicious and the gelato was also. The prices were really good for what you get. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants some great pizza in Colorado Springs!
Easily accommodated a party of 9 with fresh baked pizzas for everyone at a fast speed. Fresh mozzarella too for pizza fanatics and super good thin crust. The staff was welcoming and kind to all of us. It was also clean and sleek. Something for everyone, even a pizza for people that have to do lactose free with no cheese, sauce, and anything else you wanted
Family came down to great wolf lodge for a brief getaway from Denver. I had some craving for pizza but didn't want any of the junkee hotel pizza or a chain. I found this place on Google and was skeptical about the reviews. But, honestly, if I lived here in the springs this would be a regular stop for me. The pizza comes fresh out of a wood fire oven. The dough was crispy on the outside and chewy in the center. The incidents were fresh. Sauce was delectable. We had a pepperoni for the kids and my wife and I got a Caesar salad and the buffalo chicken pizza. All three were amazing. Although a bit off the beaten path, it's located in a cozy clean strip mall but the quality of it should qualify it for its it's own location. Beer and wine are available, as well. Seems popular with the community, as well.
I've lived in Italy for 4 years, so moving here and finding Duca's has been a highlight since moving here!! Their pizza is hands down the best Italian pizza in town by far!! Taste just like the pizza I use to get in Naples Italy!! I probably eat here to often cause I can't get enough
