First time at this location. I visited the restaurant at 7:50am expecting to be able to get breakfast. They were out of wraps, bagels and several other items. I decided to order a pastry because that was one of the few available options. I placed my order and stood around 15 minutes waiting for my coffee and pastry. I actually had to approach the counter to request my items. Plenty of workers but only 1 girl at cash register area. Wasn't thrilled with the service or lack of options especially that early in the morning.

they were out of many of there items including pickled onions for my salad, breads for sandwiches, soups and drinks. We had arises around 8:30 and were passing through so sat down to eat. At. 900 the manager came while we were informed that they were closed and they acted like we should leave immediately even though we were trying to finish our food.

I ordered a to go order of salads and soup. I got to my son's baseball game to eat and there were no forks or spoons. No silverware at all. I also ordered 13 bagels sliced in half. They all had the very top barely cut. They were also all thrown into a paper bag.

I am not happy. The store is busy, I’m in the middle of the line and right when I’m next the person behind the counter walks off and starts doing other things with the occasional “I’ll be right with you”. Look, I understand that people can have multiple responsibilities, but why would there not be a dedicated register person when the place is clearly busy? I left, went to McD’s for much faster service. Will not return.

I am a fan of Panera Bread. Love the bagels, thus I went to receive my free reward bagel Sunday around 3pm. It was it a good experience.
They had only one person waiting on six customers. We waited patiently to be served. It took me seven minutes to be served my free bagel. The employee could not even bread slice it for me. She had a manager work the slicer. Finally after seven minutes I received my bagel and promptly left.
I decided to give them the benefit and return Monday around the same time. Low and behold the same experience different people. I wish I could say they treated me well but that is not the case.
The store was clean and there is plenty of parking. The do have handicap parking as well. The food is always good the coffee is the best. If you are looking for good food this is the place to go. If you want good food and good service you might try some place else

All the quality you would expect at Panera...but they do not pay much attention to internet orders. Ordered for 9AM pickup. Email said it would be ready at 908AM. At 920 I asked and they finally started working on it. Someone printed it and didn't tell anyone else, ignoring the requested pickup, assuming it was for lunch.

I walked In and wanted to help the staff. They were extremely busy,but kept the smiles plastered on their faces! I'm sure someone will complain because they waited " a long time" but ignore those people because your staff was killing it. Happy Mother's day ladies. I'll be right there with you today, on our day but in a restaurant.
