Wendy's

First of all, I love the staff. So, so much. One woman (the nicest lady ever!) Noticed my friend and I only had enough change for one frosty, and found change to get us an extra. She has helped us carry our food to our table when a big group came, and makes conversation unlike so many other fast food staff I've met. The food is great and the tables are pretty clean.

Terrific Staff! Honest people !! I would like to believe everyone is honest,... but they're not ! However, The staff at this Wendy's are great! My friend and I had stopped in at this Wendy's,... and somehow we overlooked that she had left her pocketbook there( wallet, credit card,Septa Pass, and more !). The next day when I call them,... the "cleanup crew" the night before, had put it aside, ... and it was in the safe! They had me open it in front of the manager and one of their staff!! Everything was there!! ( of course!). Anyway,... I think they're the only place in the best place to get chili that I know of( It is also inexpensive !).

Service was poor,food was not hot or fresh. Condiments overpowered the heat of the burger.bun and beverage we're fine. Ketchup containers for inside use underfilled &very hard to access. Cashier did not welcome anyone just stared at folks in line. One cashier 4 people in line & back up for cashier. Wendy's is my favorite but not this store!

It is easy to get in and out. The food is good for fast food. The staff is courteous and friendly. The place has always been clean . There is no play area for children. I went with 4 stars because there is no breakfast menu. They have a good salad menu.I like their chicken strips better than their competitors, they're plumper anD taste better.

This place has taken a real turn for the worst!! They brought in a new manager to "fix" things here!! I went there last night and ordered food at 6:02 pm. I watched as the cashier took order after order and watched as we all lined up wondering what was going on. Finally at 6:25 my fast food order came out and it was wrong!! Myself and the 3 people all asked for refunds and walked out!! I have low expectations when I go to places like this and am shocked they couldn't even meet those!! 23 minutes for "fast food" and the new manager could not have cared less!! She gave us our money back with a half hearted sorry!! She said nothing but that one meaningless word!!

Staff manages to be rude without compromising their strict code of moving slowing and messing up your order all at once. They achieve the impossible by managing to oversalt their fries. Yes, you read correct they put too much salt on their fast food fries. I didn't think that was possible. You can count on these brave culinary warriors to greet you with a "Yeah?", when you final get your turn because they are slow remember. Just awful, never again.

Maybe the worst Wendy's I've ever encountered. Hell...maybe the worst fast food place I've ever encountered. Take your pick - Bad attitudes from employees on routine basis, particularly in the drive-thru (I have literally pulled up to the take out window on 2 occasions when the employees were screaming and fighting with other!) - French fries are cold most of the time - Orders are never correct in the bag etc, etc. This Wendy's is 3 blocks from were I live and they currently have no competition (because McDonalds has been remodeling there store the last 4 months), and I refuse to go here any more. If I need something quick to eat I will drive the extra few miles to go to another Wendy's or fast food joint!

The customer service here is awesome. Each staff member that I conversed with made me feel very comfortable. I've been to this establishment 3 times in the last 2 weeks with the intent of grabbing food to go. However, on all occasions I felt good enough to eat in thanks to the employees. GREAT JOB! #HappyAndSatisfied
