Quick service, many flavor options for the ice. Fair pricing. A good way to cool off and have a quick treat. Building was fairly clean- although I noticed a heavy chlorine smell. It was heavy enough that we opted to sit outside. There isn’t a lot of patio furniture or room- just a few metal chairs on the sidewalk strip in front of the building. While we were there about 6 different families and groups came in their swimsuits, which I assume would account for the chlorine.

Just drove over because it said online it's open today, Thursday 12 to 9. It doesn't open until 430pm! I would give it a one star but I just can't do that to Rita's. I love it to much. So frustrating.

Born and raised in Philly, this place is a disgrace to the Rita’s franchise. First off there is no other flavors of custard, they don’t have cherry or lemon which they always do in Philly. They also don’t have pretzels which was favorite when I went back in Philly. Otherwise the place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I don’t like you can’t tip the machine considering the kids deserve a tip and not many people carry cash on them.

Rita's is easily the best around. We had them in Maryland. Not many ice cream places can compete. DQ and others just aren't authentic.

Drove and hour to get here to this location and it said that it was open on Google from 12:00-9 and I arrive and it’s closed with actual store hour signs in front of the place. Yes 1 star BC this is so frustrating. Change your hours to represent your actual business hours so people don’t waste their time. Edit: this is actual screen shot of hours from Google, not sure where it was posted new “Covid hours”

Love this place. If you’ve never had frozen ice mixed with custard you’re missing out big-time. The staff is always very friendly as well.

They were friendly and let us sample multiple flavors. I asked for fudge inside my custard/ italian ice cup and they made it happen! The treats are always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend!

I was expecting something...special. The service was bad, the"custard" was just chocolate or vanilla soft serve, and the Italian ice was nothing more than snow cone quality.
The ice cream sandwich we were told to get out of the freezer had been melted and refrozen and was almost inedible and freezer burned.
And during the mask mandate, they were allowing customers to wait in line without face coverings.
We won't be back.
