contacted the email address given in order to discuss the situation.. as a first time customer i’d like to believe it was just a bad day.. my pics speaks for themselves… no one responded we’ll see if anything changes after this message… i’m wanting to have the visit that got such higher reviews … the menu photos looked fantastic but it was terribly misleading.. I’d like to give a second chance… this was our first time trying this place.. the photos looked fabulous… we were very excited.. ordering was easy quick pick up.. the portions are ridiculously SMALL.. ( at least to go) the fried grouper was okay but captain D fish sandwich is better… that’s sad… I had hopes for this sandwich.. my son got the fried chicken blt.. his was burnt … badly burnt.. the portions again to small.. looked like a chicken tender.. instead of a whole breast .. popeyes would have been a better sandwich so spent $50 and i could have gone to a fast food restaurant & had a better meal.. I’m so disappointed i was offered a credit.. by the manager..but it didn’t help that my son was hungry.. grouper sandwiches.. nothing special… probably wouldn’t go back.. at the least ordering to go … sad sad sad.

About the worst burger (food in general) I have had. The Swiss, Onion, and Mushroom burger was meant to come on a Brioche Bun, but instead the sloppy burger patty came on white toast, with a single slice of cheese, uncooked diced red onion, and a couple of chunks of uncooked mushrooms. The fries were room temperature too. The Chicken Alfredo Pasta had room temperature chicken chunks on top of a pile of reheated penne, half a jar of Alfredo sauce, and cheap shredded cheese from a bag dumped on it. Steer clear unless awful, overpriced food is your thing.

This place has a lot of potential! Unfortunately they missed the mark this time. The menu has several appealing items. My wife had a chicken sandwich made the smokehouse way. My daughter ordered the philly cheese steak without the peppers. I ordered the nachos. Food took longer than expected to come out considering what we ordered.My wife's sandwich was dry. My daughter's sandwich had peppers on it anyway. And my nachos looked as if they had been sitting a while. The cheese AND chili had started to dry up. Not sure if this was the fault of our server or the kitchen. This was not a good visit.

Ordered Fish and Chips for $14.99. The absolute worst I’ve ever had…even in a bar! I could only eat the French fries (greasy chips), the large clumps of fried flour (obviously deep fried in old grease) was supposedly the “fish”, but inside all of that greasy fried and burnt batter was about 1% dried out fish. And the waitress didn’t even offer me anything else after I refused to eat it. Go to the Highlander on the square for the best fish and chips and good pub food.
