Papa Johns Pizza

We ordered online and the estimated delivery time was over an hour and a half. We waited a while and then called the store to see if we could just change to carry out. The gentleman on the phone was so polite and apologetic, said there was a mistake with the website and our order was ready. When my husband arrived, he met him at the door with our order and discounted our order for the wait. The gesture was kind but his customer service was above what we expected, we will only order from here, as long as he’s there. He may be the owner or maybe the manager, but he did great and our food was perfect.

Changing my rating from 5 to 2 stars. I got my free pizza coupon and when i picked it up it was cold and honestly wasn't that good. I was there maybe 10 mins after i got my notification that ot was ready so idk how ot go so cold so fast. I am a long time customer, but guess i will be switching to pick up at a different store from now on.

Would not honor coupon that was sent out. I take it this location is not with the company but private owned. Employee working the register was rude and condescending. It should not matter if it’s a online coupon or not. I will be pulling all my business from them now personal and with my company I am sick of the rudeness and disrespect. I will be contacting the BBB and the city and possibly filling a lawsuit over false advertising. This location goes down hill weekly this year they have had 3 General Managers.

Ordered three times online, every time waiting time was 120 mins. I called the store to see if that is correct or not. I was told it will take 120 mins so I cancelled the order. 2nd time:120 mins waiting time again, so went to pick after one hour and order was ready brought home and pizza was dead cold. Apparently it was ready after 15 mins. 3rd time: 120 mins waiting time but went after 10 mins and pizza was ready. Complain to CS & they were like do hell with your food attitude.

I celebrated my birthday last night in this great restaurant. Well it was a delightful evening and the place was evidently one of the reasons for this outstanding evening. The waiters collaborated in a very nice manner, the cuisine was tasty and my guests were very thrilled. We shall surely come back again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

We are regular customers and we like the pizzas there. But the employees are careless and you can stand in front of them for 10 min and they totally ignore you. We were trying to get pizza and we stand in front of one of young employees and she just stared at us. We asked the young lady if she could take our order and she just said no. Some else is coming. After 7 min we asked her can you please go get some one to take our order and she just stared at us and said. Some one will be here soon. May be the colorful hair lady was the cleaning lady and it didn’t work there but we are not going back to that location on Colleyville as long as they don’t hire responsable people.
