I live for Tokyo Samurai. So happy there's finally a great sushi place so close. Favorite roll BY FAR is the deep impact roll, the spicy tuna packs a good punch and the sweet sauce is a nice juxtaposition. Hibachi is always amazing. We LOVE the owner! He's always so sweet and gives me hugs now every time I go in! And the "showdown" lunch specials are soo cheap and you get 2-3 rolls and miso soup! Great place all around.

Wonderful Meal. Our favorite hibachi in the midcities by far. Steak was cooked perfectly and service was great. Highly recommend.
Yum!!!. Great service. Always a smile and laughing on our way out. Aaron and Tim at the bar are awesome and the staff are great. Drinks are superb. Food oh my gosh! Best Japanese food I have had. Seafood is always pristine. Noodles never overdone and appetizers are the best from rocky shrimp, gyoza to bacon asparagus.

Excellent food and atmosphere. Squid Salad was cold and crispy. Fried Calamari was light and tasty. Couldn't believe how inexpensive it was.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. It was so welcoming.
It was quiet in the hibachi area, only 2 other families were there.
The inside of the building is so huge, its the best place for a date night,birthday party, event, dinner etc.
Hoho was our cook and he was so fun and polite.
They don't serve liquor but you do get complimentary beer.
The Japanese beer is really good and goes well with the food.
Hubs did chicken and shrimp,I did filet mignon and let me tell you...my small leftovers was still so good and moist and amazing 3 days later.
You get a huge portion and it was so so good.
The soup is my favorite. It's seasoned to perfection and...I didn't try the salad. I'm picky about textures.
The noodles were cooked well and the ambiance was the best. Its a cute place for pics too. I will be back ,because I've been craving it and it's only been a week.

The fish was amazing, the sake was perfect. We did eat a fair amount of sushi. However it was our 7 year, and nothing is better than good sushi. The Godzilla roll was amazing, and huge too. The tekka bowl was basically deconstructed sushi in a bowl but it came with a great chili sauce that when mixed with the wasabi was nice and fiery.
The hibachi sets the bar for hibachi for me, but the non-hibachi side is amazing too! The sushi options are great, the chicken udon soup is unbelievable, and the fried rice is perfect. Definitely recommend!
This was our 1st time here & it was AWESOME!!! Suk is the man to ask for! The meal is something you'll need to ask for a to go box, because they give you plenty! We'll be back SOON!!!!
The first time I went was great, my mom didn't appreciate the waiter's jokes but he was friendly and kind. The chef was amazing and it's the closest thing to the hibachi place back in NY for the same price. The second time we ended up sitting with a group, they were extremely picky with the chef and completely rude. Very passive aggressive against the chef. Even with taking their requests the food still tasted great but you could tell the difference. Please tip the chefs, especially if you're going to make last minute requests for changes to the meals. This place is great, the food is amazing and the staff is very friendly.
Great place for a classic hibachi experience, with some really great sushi rolls as well. This is some tuna and yellow tail sushi with the super delicious "Fascination" roll.
On a special occasion, this is one of my favorite places to celebrate. I can’t speak for the hibachi experience though. We’ve always had good service, and reasonable wait time for food. The drinks, appetizers, entrees and sushi are all amazing to me. Their egg rolls are the best I’ve had, (don’t judge their size though!). I think the portions are of really good size when ordering the average meal, and sushi combos are as well. Just like any sushi place, there’s a paper to order individual sushi types of desired quantity. The hours are a bit strange, so make sure you check those out if you plan to dine here. I’ve been here maybe 6-8 times and have yet to have any bad experiences.
