Incredible fried cod fish n chips. The fries were very good, the fish was extremely moist and fresh. Wish they had mushy peas as well, but the fish alone is worth going back for. They have Guinness on tap which is excellent, and the prices are great. When we went they had a country singer live and she was really good as well. The atmosphere in this place is fantastic.

Feels like and looks like a good old pub. Lots of beers only one bitter on tap. Boddingtons is in a can. The menu nice had the fish and chips followed by the sticky toffee pudding. I would have liked more custard but overall it is a great place to hang out especially if you're looking for a taste of home.

The Best Fish and Chips. Granted I’ve never been to London, but I’d imagine these are as close as we can get in the Metroplex. This is my second time being here and it’s now going to be a thing every time I pickup or drop off visitors to DFW. What more could you ask for, great food, very attentive staff, fantastic atmosphere - truly a place to try if your in the area and have a hankering for fish n chips or bangers and mash. Not to mention Green Spot Whiskey!

I come here on a regular basis and have always been very welcome with a positive, upbeat staff and really good experiences with the menu.
It can get crazy sometimes depending on the footy schedule, but it feels just like sitting in a pub in England with the cheers and chants. They publish the schedule, so you have an idea of what’s coming up.
I HIGHLY recommend the haddock when they have it on the menu. It’s a special, so check their website (maybe here also? Not sure). Same with their roast dinner. These special items are always delicious.
I mention checking the website because I saw Bekki Saul’s review. The issue was her dad wanted the roast dinner, but didn’t check the schedule on the web. I get being disappointed, but good lord, don’t take it out of the staff. The bartender handled it professionally, but I hate seeing this being a social media “thing”.
In other words, you want a neat pub experience, come here. Great outdoor seating and room for kids to run around. Winged back chairs next to the fireplace on a cold day might be my favorite spot.

Tried the Londoner as I was in the mood for Fish and Chips. Looked like a good call as we sat down as every table had at least one order, several tables were all Fish and Chips.
Fish and Chips are very good. Fries are fresh cut and their tartar sauce is phenomenal (these two elements make the dish if you ask me). We also tried the Rusty Nuts this trip and they are a definite add to your list. Service has been pretty good on both our visits. Beverage program has been more misses than hits (even on the same cocktail on the same night). I would likely go with beers on future visits. Nice "pub like" atmosphere and good parking. It is a recommend for sure.

It was so delicious! I had the fish and chips and my husband had the big boy's Mac and cheese. The portions are huge. There is malt vinegar already on the table so you don't have to request it and the beer menu is long and varied. Our waiter recommended a great stout to me from out of England that I hadn't tried before and it was so so good.
The ambiance is amazing. Like a vintage study with lots of humor.

We went to The Londoner since they were the closest place advertising for St Patrick's Day. I know I shouldn't trust the Brits to have an authentic Irish holiday celebration considering the horrible way they've treated the Irish people, but the advertisement sounded enticing. I'll start my review with the Good, then the Bad.
Good:
- We got there by 4pm and were seated right away
- We were greeted promptly by a friendly waiter
Bad:
- The hostess forgot to bring us game (Backgammon or Checkers) pieces for the game where we were seated
- The Drink. My wife's Irish mule was terrible and tasted nothing like a good mule. I took a sip and could taste whiskey other than the advertised Jamison and some sort of nasty mix instead of fresh lime or lemon and ginger beer.
My Guinness was close to room temperature and worse yet, was served in a plastic cup. WHY?!!
- The Food. My wife's corned beef and cabbage was served on a paper plate with only a plastic spoon for a utensil. There was also no mustard, pepper, butter, or bread. Her food was also off-putting; the cabbage tasted days old and the corned beef was sliced paper thin which allowed us to see the iridescent streaks of some sort of chemical enhancement. For $16 we expected much better.
I order the Irish Nuts, which sounded good ( mashed potatoes mixed with corned beef and jalapenos, then fried), but the end result had no real flavor. Plus, once again it was served in a paper container with no eating utensils.
I didn't ask for the manager, which I typically would do, but just paid my bill and left. I still gave the server a 20% tip even though he missed so many things, but I still want to support those willing to work. I just don't feel like I would ever support this business again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
