Smashburger

Takes an ungodly amount of time for the food to get out, even when there aren’t many people in the place. I don’t mind waiting for a decent burger and fries, but “fine” is probably how I would describe the burgers here. Very dry with little discernible flavor. Much better spots on campus to get a burger.

The Smashburger at the San Jose Airport could not get food orders prepared in a reasonable amount of time. After waiting over 40 minutes, myself and many other customers demanded refunds as we all had to catch planes. The employees showed no sense of urgency and kept taking orders knowing that they could not fill them. Worst service I have seen from a fast food establishment.

First time eating ever at this place. I can assure you this was the absolute worst hamburger I have ever eaten. What a waste of money. The hamburgers were cold. The onionrings where a cold glob. That lemon drink, what was that, horrific. The nasties testing (fill in your own word) ever. This place should be called Trashburger. Don't.waste your money. The only positive was the guy that delivered. They can't say it was his fault, cause it said he was leaving there. There is no picture. I tossed that in the trash and zoomed over to Whataburger. 35.00 down the drain.

Writing this at 3:01 pm for an order that I placed at 2:24 pm. A little busy when we got here but literally no one in line for the better part of 20 minutes. They keep putting bags on the table and call names in big lists, instead of just calling orders one by one. I ordered a single with a fried egg, I understand that an addition might take a little longer but this is ridiculous. It's 3:03 and just got my order. Started eating almost immediately after I sat down and it's lukewarm. What was it doing sitting around for so long? If they are backed up on orders, new ones that come out should at least be hot. Don't come here unless you like waiting half an hour for mediocre food. The lady who took my order was kind but service from everyone else is not impressive in the least.
