Went thru the drive thru at 10:10 pm tonight, waited a good 7 mins nobody came on so I drove up to the window. There were 2 employees a male and female restocking. I had to honk to get someone attention. When the girl did turn around she had the nastiest look on her face as she told WE'RE CLOSED!!! I tried to ask her if the hours changed bc the door clearly states they close at 11 (plus we've been here multiple times). But she turned her back to the window and would not acknowledge us again. At this point 3 other cars pull up and a guy even went to the door and it was locked. Neither employee would acknowledge him either. Since when can employees shut down a business at whatever time they want??

Don’t know his name but the guy that is always working alone needs a raise, got 10+ cars in the drive-thu and a line inside, and he’s just sprinting making those smoothies. He’s a taller guy with brown hair, y’all gotta give him a shoutout or employee of the year!

I went to this location before going to the Rock Prairie location and I hated my experience here. The staff is rude and ignorant. There is about 5-6 of them on shift and they all stand there on their phones completely ignoring me. I will now only go to the RP location. Whoever is the manager there really needs to get their employees in check or else they will lose a lot of business.

Smoothie King as a whole I love, this location specifically however consistently misses for me. Staff are typically rude and the ingredients aren’t ripe. If you’re a student I’d highly recommend going to one of the locations on campus for better tasting smoothies and friendlier staff.
