The people is unfriendly, especial a lady ( Indian) she ridiculed me in front of the other customers screaming at me telling me that it is not good that I change the products because I approacheod to pay and the product said 1.99 however it was 3.99 and I change it then grab another 3 to see which one I had and opt for 2. and she screamed to me telling me that too many times she had changed. Too bad the service that lady gives, instead there was another one that she told me she is going to help you I think it was Pakistani, she was friendlier. and even the rude cashier left me all the products half-bagged or gave me the receipt he turned and left me prada. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Inconsistent products, inconsistent service. Most often you spend at least five min in line. That's if you can navigate past the coffee and soda area that's buzzing with flies. Had three gants in my drink! Looked at ice maker and saw black and red mildew. Manager seemed unconcerned. Below are pics of ice maker two months after my first complaint. Still dirty!

For a 7-11, it's not bad at all! The service can be inconsistent, depending on the cashier. Some cashiers are very friendly and others are very rude. The biggest complaint I have is the Slurpee machine is often not working. I mean... for a place known for Slurpee's that's the one thing you HAVE to have working!
