Absolutely delicious Mexican Fusion food with great choices of Tequila and even an organic margarita and gluten free options. I love the brussel sprout appetizer and nachos with “the works” and array of interesting fusion tacos. I had the scallops over saffron rice with sautéed spinach and it was scrumptious. This is our second visit and we will definitely be back for more. My kids 8 & 10 asked to come back this visit after an Oakdale Elementary Chorus & Band Concert since we enjoyed our meal so much last week. �

Just hosted my good friends bridal shower there and it was amazing! We reserved the entire dining room on Sunday morning and everything went better than I could have imagined. The room looked absolutely beautiful and the staff even helped us set up the decorations we brought in. We had a busser (Jaida) assisting us all morning, ensuring the room stayed organized and clean as the event went on. The owner, Jen was eager to assist with any/everything we needed and even brought in some of her personal tablecloths and decorations to make everything top notch. They set up a coffee station, AMAZING buffet brunch and a mimosa bar, which included white orchids to garnish every drink. The price we paid for the services we got was beyond reasonable and I really couldn’t be happier with our choice of venue! Everyone knows Fresca is an amazing restaurant but if you ever need a place to host an event (especially a shower of some kind) I highly recommend it! They took the stress of setting up out of my morning and the guests all had a great time. Thank you so much again and you’ve definitely got some new customers from our guest list :)

Tried this place out today and what a great experience. Let me start out with that I loved what they have done with the place, the decor was very nice and reminded me of Barcelona which is so much nicer now. The drinks were very good being made fresh with all fresh ingredients and crafty not those cheap nasty pre mixes here. This is what really makes a great cocktail. They really know how to make a fresh and delicious margarita with many exciting spins on flavors. As for the food it was very good and fresh also. I loved my fajitas and the Salsa was very good also. The best part was they get most of their ingredients from local places just like a farm to table. Last but not least the bartender was very nice, attentive and genuine, the prices were not at all bad and you got a decent portion for what we paid for. I am so pleased to see this new edition to our town and also something different than just Chinese and Pizza. Keep up the good work and I will definitely be back.
Love this place! Just tried it for the first time tonight and without a doubt will be going back. The food was fresh and really good. I was put off by the fusion label thinking that I was in the mood for Mexican and wasn't sure what to expect. The food is very Mexican in flavor. The salsa is made there with fresh ingredients and so delicious, we pretty much put it on everything. Highly recommend the fried avocado and wild mushroom tacos. Our entire order, right down to the chips and salsa, was exceptional.
I’m still sitting here bathing in the afterglow that is the swanky chicken dish. This menu choice makes all other chicken dishes obsolete, I am fully Hilary Swanked. The experience was tied together by our favorite waiter who we always ask for when we come (shout-out to Raymondddd)! I guess now I have to move on from the tacos and street corn. 10/10 will eat again. Love this place, the servers, the atmosphere, and food that drags me off my couch!
Wow this place was amazing!! The food is fresh and full of flavor!! Our server Megan was on the ball and had a sweet way about her. The owner Jen sat us herself once we arrived A+ across the table!!
I had my baby shower here yesterday, and everything was just PERFECT. The space is gorgeous with lots of natural lighting, the food was amazing (we did brunch so eggs, kielbasa, bacon, French toast etc.), and they were super accommodating to gluten allergies. The staff was lovely and happy to jump in with anything we needed. Thanks so much, what a special day to remember!
I went here to get some drinks with the guys and it was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place is super cool on the inside and I highly recommend going here.
Love, love and more love! Everything about this restaurant is special. From the lovely waitstaff, drinks and the food. We all enjoyed it and the time we spent there. The owner came over several times to check in and she was wonderful (and beautiful)! Cheers to a great place.
Seriously great service and amazing food. This is our new go to place. It's not "just" Mexican food, it's a melding of flavors and the atmosphere is perfect for any night out. Craft beer and cocktails are just the topper.
What a great place!!! When your still thinking about how good your food was nine hours later after Sunday Brunch you know you hit the jackpot!!! This is a must if you love food!!

Fantastic restaurant! Fresca has a lovely mix of modern-classic decor, a drink selection to please all and delicious Mexican-fusion food. The cantina is spacious enough to enjoy a more “private” feel for your celebration while the owners, staff and clientele are welcoming - inviting you to make new friends if you chose. Cannot wait to go back!
We hosted our sons wedding shower at Fresca and every single thing from start to finish was perfect. Jaida and her team were on top of every detail and put my mind at ease immediately. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious and service was outstanding. 10 out of 10 would recommend for your next small event.
We’ve been here a hand full of times, and this time was with a party of six. We were immediately greeted at the hostess station and given the option of outdoor or indoor seating. Since it was a beautiful day, we went with the patio outside. It was lovely! The waitress was super attentive, and professional. I had the house margarita with salt and it was delicious. I also ordered the grande burrito with barbacoa (shredded beef) and it was packed with all the goodness you’d expect from a Mexican restaurant. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. We had a great time and we’ll definitely be back.
Stopped by here on the drive back home from The Dinosaur Place. We were sat pretty quickly and they worked the umbrellas on the patio to give us a nice shady spot. Service was a bit slow but they told us they were running behind due to a large baby shower party, so it's good that expectations were set. Everything else was awesome. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We had the Ahi Tuna bowl and the Enchiritos. The spicy margarita was great too, definitely recommend!
I’ve been to Fresca a few times now, and each time is more enjoyable than the last. My friend and I did some nice patio dining the other night with live music, and nothing quite beats sitting outside sipping on a lavender martini while listening to a live band and cars going by.
We started off with some chips, and I then got the taco trio as my entree, complete with some elote because they make some of the best in the state here. Their shrimp tacos are hands down my favorite, and the mango salsa is just 10/10. You will never be able to save room for dessert because the other food is just too good, but one day I’ll come back and try it.
Nice cozy resteraunt , really liked the way it was set up inside. The food was really good, decent selection of food, and a good selection of drinks. It wasn't really that busy and the only time our server came to check up on us was to give us our check and give us boxes, which sucks because we would've gotten more drinks and dessert.
Great place … great food , server was an amazing and courteous young man . The place was really nice . Plenty of off street parking
Had the 3 taco meal .. fried fish , shrimp and mango and the Korean bbq . Excellent . Highly recommend
First time here but our friends have been coming for over a year. The food was fresh and filled with flavor. It came out a bit slower for Mexican food but worth the wait as every bite was delicious. Cannot wait to come again.

Great food, wonderful atmosphere. We were celebrating a birthday, so we had a little bit of everything. We ordered the corn fritters, the egg rolls, and the wings.
The appetizers were great. The corn fritters were good and the chipolte aioli added the perfect spice and heat that made the fritters great. The egg rolls were great and the perfect crispness. They had their own heat, but the sauce served with it, brought a nice cool contrast. The wings were well cooked and the mango chili sauce was tasty.
We ordered the three tacos. So good. Large tacos stuffed with various meats. We ordered thevgrilled fish taco. Fresh tasting with big chunks of fish. Very good. The pork belly was really more like a chicharron. Crispy and very good. The Korean Barbacoa was good, if not a little too sweet.
For dessert, they offered an ice cream mixed with marscapone cheese and blueberries, served with lady fingers. I did not appreciate this, although it was good. However, the carrot cake was outstanding. Not a fan of carrot cake, but the cake was moist, homemade and the cream cheese frosting was excellent.
A bit out of the way, but worth the trip. Swing by after the casino or after a day at the beach.

Update Sep 2023: We made a reservation, was seated right away and all food came out very fast and was delicious! They turned around the service and we look forward to coming back soon!
The pumpkin beer with a pumpkin rim was very good!
Update: We love the food, the drinks are good but the service speed is so slow. We recently had dinner here mid week with a group of 5 people. From sitting down to departure took a little over 2 hours. We had made a reservation and if not would have also added to the time as other without reservations were waiting. It seems they leave tables empty because of insufficient wait staff and very slow bar.
Not sure how they can maintain business with the incredibly slow service. Adding more staff would allow table turnover quicker and higher revenue. Allowing a guest to sit for 2 and 1/2 hours dramatically reduces the number of people you can serve in the evening.
We may only return for drinks and appetizers but probably will skip dinner here in the future just because of the service being so slow.
We have been driving past this place for several years now and finally decided to stop in. The food. Serving portions were large, we had chicken wings, tacos, a taco bowl, homemade red velvet cake and a few drinks. Everything was very good. We will be back and put this place as a regular local favorite for the future!
Excellent service by Ethan. The food was beautifully presented, fresh ingredients, well prepared and divine to eat. Also enjoyed the variety of IPA beer on tap. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely return for another relaxing and delicious dinner.
Fresca is a fun place period.
It is so nice and clean and spacious inside. The bar area is a ton of fun.
The service and people are very friendly and fast
The food is pretty good too, they have just enough options and it's unique to make it fun.
There is also a rotation of beers which always makes for a fun time.
I believe it is well worth a visit if you are around!
My family and I had had a great experience there tonight. Gabby our server was awesome she does a great job. Live music was nice. Highly recommend Frescas for an evening out.
I usually don't get tacos, let alone seafood tacos, but since they let you pick three different tacos with their taco meal I decided to be adventurous. Thank God I did because their chili mango shrimp taco was the best thing I've put in my body in a while!
