They always have top-notch food and service here. The last time I was there I ordered the shrimp mei-fun and it was even better than usual. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Chinese food and is in the colchester area

we've only gotten takeout from here, never dine-in, but we dine-in often at the other two restaurants (Ichiban & Toyo) and definitely prefer Gung Ho for takeout every time. Faster, more affordable, way better value, and frankly some of the food is better too. 9/10

Great local Chinese food. Some nights are better than others but we haven't had a bad meal yet. The Lo Mein and Egg Rolls are our favorite. The Pork Fried Rice, Boneless Ribs, Chicken Wings, and Sweet and Sour Chicken are also very good.

I think this is THE BEST Chinese place around, wouldn't go anywhere else! Their sushi is tasty, and their food is legit better than any other place I've tried. Will always come here, every time over anywhere else!

Gung-Ho is back! The food has drastically improved with the newest owners! Got takeout 6/15/23 and it was really good. Sushi rolls, combo platter sweet and sour pork, thai green curry tofu, Mongolian beef-all really good. We’ll be going back!

It was definitely worth the stop. The service was great and fast and courteous and the food was good. I had Szechuan pork and it was sliced and tasty. Quite frankly could use a little more spice. Other than that it’s way better than spending over $10 in McDonald’s. it came to nine dollars.

Quiet Sunday afternoon. We feasted on Thai mango chicken. Lots of veggies and just the fight amount of heat. Made my day!
