In my view exactly what you expect from M&S. The food Hall has just about all you need for a food shop and conveniently interconnected to the clothes shop. Entry form High street or from within Lion Walk shopping Mall makes it easy to browse between the two areas. The staff have been helpful and polite and checkout has both crewed tills of self-serving booths. Like it for its choice offered and space between the aisles. Recommended.

Today I went to Marks & Spencer’s Colchester to look for a new bra. Marion at the store was very helpful. I didn’t have a bra fitting booked but she went out of her way to fit me in before her next appointment. She was very helpful and gave great advice. Although she squeezed me in I didn’t feel rushed at all. 😊 Excellent service from Marion

Our m&s store is an asset to Colchester, the food hall is brilliant....the store/staff have been very organised
during the Covid restrictions.
It has been really good being able to buy a selection of clothes&homeware....I can’t wait till the whole store reopens.

On the expensive side,but on the other hand they do have some unique offers , for me not the casual shop more a treat, the salads are phantastic , great port selection during festive season. Staff on the weekends can seem tired , but always helpful.

I had a bra fitting last week and the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to get the size I need. Even today when I went back to order some bras the ladies help me get the product I needed in store!! Well done perfect customer service.

Usual M&S, good quality clothing and food. We also got a good deal exchanging money to dollars (if you have a M&S debit card) and had a lovely cup of coffee in their café (although the queue was quite long).

I only go on here for the food hall, which has a very nice bakery. The meat on sale is of a good quality too. The variety and quality of goods on offer isn't as great as the Waitrose out of town but it's a lot more convenient if you happen to live close to the town centre.
