Pub Americana

Had a fantastic lunch. Service was excellent and orders were delivered quickly and correctly. It had been awhile since I had eaten here but let me tell you it is as good as ever. I ordered the Americana Club. I really like it. So many club sandwiches are overloaded and difficult to eat. This one was tasty, fresh, easy to handle. My friend ordered a pizza and it was delicious too.

Awesome American pub (The Village also has an English tavern and a British pub, as well as a German biergarten) in that sweetspot just north of casual, but a bit south of upscale, all right in historic Cocoa Village! Excellent Happy Hour almost every day of the week, a solid (and delicious) menu (salads, sandwiches, pizzas, pastas, and nearly world-famous burgers), and amazing service (shout-out to the incomparable Josh), all in a cozy pub setting. There are some excellent restaurants in Cocoa Village, but Pub Americana needs to go into the rotation!

Hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had. The Mediterranean spinach artichoke dip was really good as well. And for the price the house side salad was a good value. Clean and friendly. When we entered before we were seated the hostess let us know the kitchen was behind by about 20 min and to make sure that was ok before even looking for a table. This by far made the most difference in my first time there. We were not in a hurry and worked hard to find parking so we were fine with that. But knowing ahead of time that there was going to be a slight wait made it much more tolerable and over all a more enjoyable experience.

2.4.23 The Bison and Blue Chili taste very good, could have been warmer. The Pub Bang-Bang shrimp were Top 10! The burger was cooked perfectly however the fries portion was a bit small as was the cheese portion on the Pizza Especial. Portion size are smaller compared to prior visits, but a sign of the times. Perhaps? 3.2.22 Lunch call-in order of Bison & Blue Chili and Buffalo Mac-n-Cheese. The chili was as expected, love this recipe. The Buffalo Mac-n-Cheese (not pictured here) on the other hand was a disappointment from my prior sampling of this entre. $17.95 for a plate of macaroni and chewy/tough, old, cut up chicken strips or nuggets. Definitely not a value. I would have returned it for not driving 10 miles round trip for it. Service was friendly. I had to drop a star - to 3. Summer of '21 Speciale Pizzeta Buffalo Mac n Blue Cheese Key Lime Cheese Cake A trifecta of deliciousness, and superb service. Great service, over the top Florida Swamp Chicken (Gator Tail). Busy Friday night.

Nestled within an area known as the village, we found the oldest street in Cocoa, FL. This little restaurant has plenty of hand-crafted drinks and cocktails to choose from. To eat, I sent for the 1/2 lb Rodeo burger with seasoned fries. I had a Village Mule to drink (their twist on the Moscow Mule) and a Diet Coke. Everything was great. The waitress good and the restaurant would have got a fifth star, if not for the dank bathrooms.
