I stopped in and ordered the little bacon cheeseburger with a little fry. No complaints as my burger was made just as I ordered it. They packed the bag full or fries as usual. Staff was pretty friendly and food tasted great. Will stop here again if ever in the area
Tasty?? Very!!! Anything I ordered I would say comparing to the other fast food restaurants , Five Guys is the best BUT PRICEY. Still I will visit once a week!
Mid-week dinner pickup went very smoothly. No lines, plenty of room to social distance. Online ordering is the way to go; food was ready pretty fast. Busier times probably make things a bit rougher, but yeah. It's Five Guys -- you know what you're getting.

Went to the 5 guys on Hilton Head the other night and need to share my experience. If I could leave a 10 star rating for your employee Alyssa Hart I would! My family had just experienced a terrible experience at another island restaurant ended up at 5 guys. Alyssa really made or visit awesome. Thank you so much! We will be back.
I love 5 guys burgers and hot dogs. I wish I could rate it 5 stars, but the simple fact that a single meal will run you at least $20 is really disappointing. It's good but not that good.
There was a long way but the cashier politely apologized for it, which helped. I ordered two burgers and a regular fry and when I got the order the fries were missing. It turned out the cashier did not hear me order the fries and I explained that that must be what happened and I will pay for them. The employee asked what size fry did I want and told me they would just give them to me for free if I would wait, so I did. This is an example of going the extra mile which you don't see very often these days. It really helps me because I am extra broke right now and those free fries were everything. Thank you for the excellent service and the delicious food as always. These places are short stuffed right now so please be extra kind. There were only three employees working that day.
