If you are looking for some local flavor (and to get away from noisy tourists) this is a great choice. Delicious fresh bakery items. Nice breakfast and lunch menu with indoor and outdoor seating. They offer takeout as well. Salads are enormous. Spinakota was excellent. All the food and coffee was great and clearly made from scratch.

I have worked and lived on Hilton Head Island since 96. Signe’s has been a consistent awesome lunch with great treats. I usually get the Super Salad, with curry chicken, orzo salad, chickpeas and beets with cookies because it smells so good in there. Runs less than $20 and Im a big dude and its all I can handle. Quick, good sized lunch and really friendly staff. Signe is so sweet and nice, very gifted at making things taste good.

Great place to try while in HH. While I did enjoy the french toast, it was a bit too "eggy" for my taste. Where this place shines is the bakery. We purchased the key lime pie, various cookies and crumb cake. All the aforementioned bakery selections were delicious. Unfortunately at the time we visited there was one lady serving seated customers and working the bakery register. Get there early for the best selection and be patient.

Some good comfort breakfast here. Good service and loads of friendly people. You can also purchase tasty treats from the bakery side.

Picked up a Key Lime Pie today while vacationing at Hilton Head. We always enjoying trying the local pies while traveling and up until know, the best Key Lime Pie we’ve ever had was in the Florida Keys. Today however, we found a new winner and a pie from here will definitely be on the list the next time we are in town!

Food was really good but we were disappointed in the lack of friendliness shown towards us. We went out of our way to be kind and happy and they were just not friendly at all. It made us feel a little bit uncomfortable. They did have outdoor seating. The place was very clean. But we probably won't go back.

This place is worth the entire trip to Hilton Head. Very delicious baked goods including some unusual selections like key lime bread pudding which I enjoyed. They also have some of the best hot chocolate that I've had anywhere - it's not oversweet like you get most other places.

We have travelled to HHI for 34 years first with kids and now with grandchildren. We stay two weeks in the summer and two weeks in the fall. Signe’s pound cakes are always a treat and their lunches are great. We always bring a few pound cakes home.

Signe's never disappoints. Well, I guess if you're not looking for a great bistro setting with amazing pastries, deserts, baked good and lunches, then yeah you might be disappointed. Signe's is an island staple - but I confess I have a sort of odd soft spot for them in my heart. I mean, she made my first wedding cake. Yes, the first wedding, January 1980, and yes it was THAT memorable. The marriage not so much - but the cake?!?! I'd do it again for the cake! Today their space on Arrow Road has good parking and a great selection of everything else. Breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, lunches - did I say cakes? Sitting outside is always pleasant, and leaving without seriously looking at the baked goods is criminal, and the only losers are those who commit the crime. Make the trip, get the goods, eat 'em onsite, or take them on a picnic to the beach or the Audubon Preserve but DO let yourself go there, Signe's never disappoints. =0)
