We visited here while vacationing in Hilton Head. We can’t say enough great things about this quaint little spot. Food was excellent, just the right size portions, phenomenal service. Quick service! Each and every worker was personable and eager to assist. Someone named Tommy (possibly the owner) came around during our meal to ask how everything was. We didn’t leave a crumb on our plate.
Also, side note. I am gluten free and they had both gluten free toast and GF pancakes.
A job well done by this local small business!
Perfect diner experience. Food was excellent, and the waitresses were polite, & charming.
They don't have Tabasco, but rather a Mexican brand of hot sauce. The proprietor makes his own hot sauce which is nothing short of brilliant!! But it's not listed on the menu. ASK FOR IT! You won't be disappointed.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! It’s a required restaurant to stop by for breakfast or lunch if you’re visiting Hilton Head like we were. They accommodated our party of 7 and were so sweet and kind. Our food came out delicious and everyone feasted. I had the carnitas melt with their delicious red potatoes. Had the best biscuits and gravy I ever tried. Server was sweet and attentive despite being outside in the patio. Our meals didn’t break our bank like the other restaurants around town. A staff member came out and offered us a homemade green hot salsa that was to die for. We wanted to buy some, but he only had a small batch left. He went above and beyond and promised to sell a fresh batch if we came the next morning. Because of the deliciousness and uniqueness of the sauce, we detoured our trip back home to make sure we bought some sauce with us. Had to take a burrito to-go while I was there. So worth it and you guys left us with a memorable experience! THANK YOU!!
Best Cuban Sandwich!!! It was delicious, the rest of my family had breakfast and everyone loved their food.. crepes, pancakes, country fried steak and biscuits and gravy! Happy bellies😊
What a find!! This little cafe has so much heart. The staff was super friendly and the owner was checking on people, refilling coffee, wiping down tables, etc. It’s obvious how much he cares about his business. And the coffee and food were delicious. We ordered the Colombian breakfast (owner is part Colombian!) and it was fantastic. We even purchased some of his homemade hot sauce. Highly recommend!
Lovely. Salmon patty wasn’t to my taste but they accommodated scrambling my eggs Benedict, the fruit was fresh and the hashbrowns golden and good. Everything was delicious overall. Definitely will come again!
An absolutely great place for breakfast! Service was fast and friendly, food was delicious. I had the skirt steak and would recommend it to anyone! They have this homemade salsa (ask for it — it’s wonderful!) that went really well with the eggs. Wife got their breakfast sandwich and grits which also was fantastic. Would go back here in a heartbeat!
We are from Austin, and these were the BEST potatoes we've ever had. The corn hash was great too, and the benedict was phenomenal. Will definitely come again when in town. Fave stars.
If you're looking for the most delicious breakfast, GT International Cafe is your stop! The chicken fajita omelet, biscuit and gravy, pancakes, and grits were fantastic. Those red potatoes though...THAT'S WHERE IT'S AT! I don't know what magic they cast on those potatoes but they're AMAZING! Top notch cuisine from top notch, super sweet people. Thank you for a great experience!
Delicious, reasonably priced breakfast! Everyone who worked here was super friendly and attentive. This sweet restaurant was well worth the stop!
