This ice cream shop has a wide variety of tasty and creamy ice cream choices. The staff were very friendly and quick. We enjoyed it so much, we came here twice on our vacation. The only tables and chairs are located outdoors. I would recommend this place to others.
Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I love the Oreo ice cream! Pro tip: Buy a pint or quart and take back to you condo if you have a freezer for on demand ice cream. (Might need to invest in an ice cream scoop or bring one with you on vacation.)

First of all, tons of flavors. Delicious, creamy, so good! Second, SO allergy friendly. We have a son with egg and peanut allergies and they had ALL flavors listed with egg, dairy, nut and gluten allergies- SO impressed!
Finally, nice sitting area outside! Will be our go to spot!

They have my favorite, mint chocolate chip, and it's the best I've ever had. The ice cream is so creamy, and the minty flavor with the little chocolate chips is like a party in my mouth! 🍦🍫

Amazing!! Kids can vouch for Superman & Cookie Dough. My wife & I can vouch for Mint Oreo, Toasted Coconut, & Road Road. Ice Cream was creamy with good flavor. Though it was hot, the ice cream stayed fairly frozen as we enjoyed it.
Prices are a bit high & we were there four times in five days. The last night wasn’t planned but who doesn’t like ice cream after mini golf. If you go at night, be prepared to wait a bit. Even if the lines out the door, wait is less than 15 minutes.

My GPS was confusing to use in finding this place but I’m glad I persisted and located it. Hilton Head business signs are very “muted” to not distract from the environment. No giant signs signaling “here we are”. That said…Hilton Head Ice Cream was fantastic! First the employees were all candidates for employee of the year. There were three and helpful, engaging but not overbearing…just great kids doing the best they could. There was an amazing selection of ice cream and sorbet. I asked if they had lemon custard…it was advertised but not displayed in the cases. The young man said “ wait a minute I think there might be a new carton in the freezer”. Off he goes while the two young ladies, my wife and I watch a baby raccoon scamper around the front door. I know nothing to do with ice cream but it was fun. The guy comes back with a fresh carton of lemon custard. I am a fan of lemon custard. Wild about Harry’s in Dallas had Milwaukee style custard that was awesome. This was better. My wife had a strawberry sorbet that she said was delicious. We had a great dessert, met some very nice kids that worked there ( the place was spotless) and watched a baby raccoon. I hope your visit is as entertaining and delicious.
Great ice cream shop with homemade ice cream! They hand dip the cones to order. I had the caramel brownie and Oreo flavors in a chocolate dipped cone. Loved both flavors! Lots of chunks of cookies and brownies in both.
This is a great local ice cream shop. They have a lot of flavor options including the usual and some more unique flavor combinations. They give a large portion for the size! It is a little pricey, but again you get a lot of ice cream! In the pictures here, these are an adult 'small' which has two scoops of ice cream.

The ice cream is yummy, with a fluffed or whipped texture. That was new and different for us, but we still enjoyed it!
This place opened in 1982. I first visited as a kid in 1984. In 2021 its better than I remembered! The line will be long and there are cheaper options for ice cream on the island, but this is seriously good ice cream! Worth the wait. Worth the price!
