Horribly rude. I came at 8pm they don’t close till 10. No line, and yet badgered to order when asked more time. They asked if I wanted food or Ice cream after I told them the first two times to give me a moment, clearly pressuring me. I felt completely rushed and didn’t even get to order everyone in

Didn't even know if they served pretzels! Then they overcooked them, did not put salt on them, and I had to ask for the cheese dip. They brought me nacho cheese instead. Need to train the employees better!

Update: tried to give them another chance. Waited 45 minutes then got Buffalo chicken instead of bbq. When I called to tell them they laughed and said they can't refund my card unless I drive back tonight. If I go tomorrow they wont be able to refund me. Excuses after more Excuses were given to me.
