Best dam food in the Midwest hands down. I have been all over the country and never found a place as good. Only 1 that comes even remotely close is Putnam Inn. An they dont serve the same food its a buffet! And super cheap seriously

Our new favorite place to eat. The food there taste like a home cooked meal. The prices are really reasonable. Everyone there is really friendly. Lou's Diner is really close to the campground where we are seasonal, but I sure wish there was one close to home, in Indy. Did I mention that the food is really good and the prices are really reasonable and the people are really friendly. :)

Thank you for the great service and food. It was the cherry on top to our mini reunion we had. Today we were the party of 9 and 6.of those were kiddos. Lou's was in the perfect spot for us to meet up after not seeing each other for 14 years. We will definitely be back. Thanks!!

Usually go in with a large group when our family comes in town but they always accommodate us and the food is good and affordable.

This place has the best tenderloins period. We have been in the Tenderlion trail. They are seasoned perfectly with no overwhelming salt or spices or seosoning. The mushrooms were banging good. We will return...

Today, I ordered the tenderloin sandwich, fries and mushrooms. My meal was absolutely perfect until I realized the lettuce they put on my sandwich was almost completely bad and they hid the bad part with then bun.

This is where we go when we want incredible piles of fried pickles and wonderful burgers in a small town, one of a kind, home grown sort of restaurant you won't see anywhere else. This place is always clean, warm, welcoming and so full of individual personality. We live about fifteen miles away but the trip is always worth it. If you are here, please try the fried pickles with ranch, I highly recommend them. Thank you for keeping little private owned, small town restaurants like this going, and we'll keep coming back. You guys are amazing.

It was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had and the food and prices were right on point.. absolutely amazing, cheap but great quality and quantity. Our server whom had dark hair slim and very friendly and informative was very sweet. Thank you for the great service. I think her name was Allie but I'm not sure!

great location by I-70, best & biggest tenderloin sandwich I’ve had by far, you will need 2 buns to cover the whole patty, I always get the slaw too they just go really well together

Great food and service! Loved the fried biscuits and French toast! We went back for lunch on a different day it was so good. The onion rings are the best I’ve ever had!! The hand pattied hamburger was very good too!

We stopped here on our road trip from east coast to west coast. We always try to steer clear of chain restaurants and seek out the local hot spots. There is a great American vibe going on here. Simple straightforward menu. We had the meat loaf meal and the chopped steak meal. Yes, this place is super busy, well attended by the local crowd, had a low waitress to patrons ratio; however, we found the food to be bland, lacked seasoning and possibly used powdered potatoes for mashed potatoes and either canned and/or frozen green beans and corn. Service was good, food was filling but not excited about returning here. 05/09/22
