The girls that help me with my app issues were great. they were able to just figure things out and get me my food... great service and the food was great too. I love their fries.lol everything was hot and made quickly to help me get on my way. Thanks ladies, you are great!!
Very friendly, fast, helpful customer service. They rarely make a mistake but when they do they make it right. Today was my first time using their new app successfully and the deal I got was worth it! Highly recommend!
Busiest drive they in Willmar. Often mixing up on the order. Managers definitely work as hard as the other staff. Starting to have online ordering and a computer to order eliminating eventually the need for front line staff😱. Why are we getting rid of peoples jobs with technology?
My daughter will only go to this location. She claims they are the best cookers & never put ketchup on her burger (she likes plain everything) also, wanted to mention a outstanding employee a young man, Markus Wells, hard working and polite.
Good service food was solid. They even removed my tomatoes from my sandwich without issue!
Normal Mc. Donald's food, but they ran our of sweet tea, so they told us to wait by the sidewalk for it, but we waited for 10 minutes. When we went in, they told us they forgot about us, but we got a free cookie and the sweet tea.
Waited inside for 3 minutes, no service. Manager walked past us on her way out the door. We went back to our car and used the drive-up instead. There were 4 kids working in that area.
Very clear at taking my order and Polite at the window. I had a breakfast sandwich and coffee and they were both very good I do agree though you need to ask for extra cream and sugar one cream would be like 3 of their creams. It's good coffee for what you're paying.
