The food was terrible! The spicy chicken sandwich was cold. I ordered cheese and it wouldn't melt it. Nothing else. Just a dry bun and the chicken and cheese. The fries were barely warm. I was there today at 11:30 and there wasn't another car in the place. That should have been my first warning. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Waited a half hour for a sandwich. Person at drive up said to go to other side of building and someone would bring it out. Several cars there waiting. After 10 min one person received their food that had been there earlier. Other people started going in to get their orders. After 20 min I went in and realized the woman getting her food had placed her order after me. They told me I could have a refund. But the clerk that came to do the refund acted like she didn't know how and said she could make my food in 2 minutes. I said fine whichever was quicker. It took another 10 minutes before I walked out the door with my sandwich. Which the meat was cold and not up to temp. So I took this home and microwaved the meat to avoid food poisoning. There were 4 people there on staff. One at window doing back up on counter, one at counter and 2 in food production. The gentleman assembling sandwiches was very slow moving and taking an incredibly long time to make a sandwich. They should tell people at drive up when placing an order what delay they will have, not after they have taken their money. I am handicapped and did not want to go in, that is why I chose the drive up. But after 20 minutes and seeing others going in that had been waiting I went in and stood there for another 10 minutes. This place should not be open if they cannot function with a staff of 4.

One car in front of us in the drive through. We order a chicken sandwich and a hamburger...two $1 items. We were told to drive around and they’ll bring it out. We waited 14 minutes. I finally had to go in and get the food myself. On top of that, the chicken sandwich was so flat, it was seriously all breading. Very very little “chicken”. I won’t go there again. NOT EVER!!!!

We've tried this Burger King a few times over the past month and every time we have been asked to pull around to the other side of the building by the front door, and they would bring the food to us. It always feels like it takes a long time. Today I timed it. Eleven minutes from the time we pulled away from the window after making our payment until they brought us our food. It wasn't a lot. One combo meal and three other dollar menu items. I get what they are trying to do, they are trying to cheat the timer at the drive thru that times the employees as to how long customers have to wait. But it isn't just the wait that is the issue. Three out of the four or fives times we went there the last month the food was wrong. Today they told us they gave the wrong food to the wrong car. The guy didn't offer to give us our missing food, I had to ask for it. Well, duh. If you had the cars sit in the line at the drive through like they are supposed to, you wouldn't be giving food to the wrong cars. I get that it is fast food, and you shouldn't expect a whole lot of quality or great service, but this place is terrible. The food isn't even worth the wait and hassle. We won't be back, which I think will make the employees happy, because they sure didn't seem to like their jobs and weren't very friendly.

I haven't been to BK in ages. I ordered a King meal for $4 and was thrilled. I felt like it was a good value. I do think the employees were laughing at my big van though. No napkins or ketchup. I think these should not have to be asked for.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger no pickle, small fry and drink. It took 25 minutes to receive my order. Finally after receiving my order and left, I discovered my order was incorrect. It was a single bacon cheeseburger with pickle. overall I wasted 35 minutes of my day at Burger King for a simple order. Never going back to this store again.

They made us pull around to the front of the store to wait for our food just to get us out of the drive thru. According to the worker I asked to explain their reasoning, they did this to improve their "time." Apparently they get docked, or something, if cars sit in the drive thru waiting for their food. We will never return to this restaurant.

This BK has way better customer service than the one on Merle Hay. We drive further to go to this one but it's worth it. Editing this review and taking away two stars. The last experience was polar opposite from the first. Very rude cashier. Was very short and mean to my wife for asking our order be redone since they messed it up the kids meals. I was honestly shocked at how they acted. Not cool.
